Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We hear your fear and lift it up to the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty over all creation. The storms of life—both literal and metaphorical—can shake us to our core, but we take comfort in knowing that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that the storms passing through your area would be calmed, that the winds would subside, and that the rains would not bring destruction. Father, we ask that if it is Your will, You would preserve the power, spare the trees, and protect every home and life in the path of these storms.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to grip your heart. You are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare peace over you in the midst of this storm, both physically and in your spirit. Jesus spoke to the winds and the waves, and they obeyed Him (Mark 4:39). We stand in agreement with His authority and ask that He would speak peace to the storm around you now.
We also lift up those who may be facing storms of another kind—trials, uncertainty, or spiritual battles. May they find their strength in the Lord, who is their rock and fortress (Psalm 18:2). For those who do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, we pray that this moment of fear would turn their hearts toward Him, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other refuge, no other shelter, but in Him.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection and provision. We trust that even if the storms rage, You are with us, guiding us through the wind and the waves. Strengthen our faith to believe that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Deliverer. Amen.
