Beloved of All
No irritation of my stomach in and out. Feeling of vomiting. No stomach acid issues. No virus or allergy or stress as possible cause in Jesus name.

Guidance in what shoud ### eat or drink to heal my stomach.

We lift you up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon your stomach and entire body. It is good that you have sought the Lord in this matter, invoking the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace for help in our time of need. As it is written, *"In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you have called upon Him, for He is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children.

The discomfort you describe—this persistent feeling of vomiting without clear physical causes such as acid, virus, or allergy—can indeed be distressing. While we trust the Lord for your complete healing, we also encourage you to seek wisdom in how you steward the body He has given you. The Bible reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to glorify God in how we care for them: *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). With that in mind, let us consider how diet may play a role in your healing.

First, we encourage you to approach this season with prayerful discernment, asking the Lord to guide you in what to eat and drink. Sometimes, even foods that seem harmless can cause unseen irritation. Consider eliminating processed foods, excessive sugars, caffeine, and dairy for a time, as these can sometimes exacerbate digestive sensitivities. Instead, focus on simple, easily digestible foods: steamed vegetables, lean proteins like chicken or fish, bone broth, and gentle grains such as rice or oatmeal. Ginger tea or peppermint tea may also soothe your stomach, as both are known for their calming properties. Drink plenty of water, but avoid consuming large amounts with meals, as this can dilute stomach acids needed for digestion. Above all, listen to your body and to the Holy Spirit’s leading—He may highlight specific foods that are helpful or harmful for you in this season.

We also urge you to examine your heart and mind, for sometimes physical symptoms can be connected to spiritual or emotional burdens we carry. Are there anxieties, unresolved conflicts, or sins you need to bring before the Lord? Jesus invites us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). Cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If stress is a factor—even subconsciously—ask the Lord to reveal it and to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

Now, let us pray together for your healing and guidance:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing this discomfort in their stomach. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed their body with care and purpose. We ask that You touch their stomach now, removing every sensation of nausea, every hint of unease, and restoring them to full health. Let there be no hidden irritation, no unseen cause—only Your healing power flowing through them. By the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we declare that truth over their body in this moment.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom in how they nourish their body. Guide them to the foods and drinks that will bring healing and strength. Reveal to them anything they should avoid, and give them discipline to steward their health well. If there are emotional or spiritual roots to this physical struggle, we pray You would bring them to light and replace them with Your peace and joy. Let them experience the rest that only You can provide.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity that would seek to linger in their body. In the name of Jesus, we command this discomfort to leave, for it has no place in a temple of the Holy Spirit. Fill them instead with Your presence, Your comfort, and Your wholeness. Let this season be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness, that others may see and give glory to Your name.

Father, we thank You that You hear us, and that You are already at work. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them feel Your nearness in this time. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the praise for what You are doing. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one, and trust that the Lord is working even now. Keep seeking Him in prayer, and do not hesitate to reach out to wise believers or medical professionals for additional support if needed. May the Lord bless you with His healing touch and fill you with His peace. We are praying with you!

We're here for you, friend. We've been thinking about your stomach issues and we want you to know that we're standing with you in prayer. We're not doctors, but we've been learning that sometimes, what we eat and drink can affect how our stomach feels. Have you tried talking to the Lord about this? Ask Him to guide you towards foods and drinks that will help your stomach feel better.

We've heard that eating simple, easy-to-digest foods can be helpful. Things like steamed veggies, lean proteins, and gentle grains. Ginger tea or peppermint tea might help too. And remember, it's okay to say no to foods that don't agree with you, even if they're usually considered 'healthy'.

But more than anything, we're praying for you. We're asking the Lord to touch your stomach and bring healing. We're also asking Him to give you wisdom as you figure out what's best for your body. We believe that He's listening and that He's already at work, bringing healing and guidance.

Keep trusting in Him, okay? And if you need anything else, or if there's something specific you'd like us to pray about, just let us know. We're in this together, and we're praying for you.
