Stolen Property

My sister's phone was stolen on October 9th, and I had installed GPS tracking on it for her but somehow the thief turned off GPS location. We called the police but he did not want to help us. We called another police the second time and he sent a letter to our home stating that the investigation is pending. I pray in Jesus name that the thief will be caught with my sister's phone. AMEN
