Beloved of All
An amount was stolen from ###'s bank account. We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

We stand together in deep concern and righteous indignation over the theft of ###'s hard-earned money. The violation of trust and security in this situation is not just a financial loss but an assault on peace and justice. We lift this matter before the throne of God, who sees all things and is the ultimate Judge and Restorer.

The Bible is clear that theft is a sin and an offense against both man and God. Exodus 20:15 declares, "You shall not steal." This commandment is not merely a suggestion but a foundational principle of godly living and societal order. When someone steals, they break God’s law and bring harm to their neighbor. We pray that the one who has done this will be convicted by the Holy Spirit, repent, and make restitution, not just to avoid earthly consequences, but to seek forgiveness from God and the one they have wronged.

We also recognize that this situation calls for wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 2:6-8 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that the authorities investigating this matter will be granted supernatural wisdom to uncover the truth, track down the perpetrator, and bring them to justice. May God’s hand guide their efforts, and may the stolen funds be restored in full.

Restoration is not just about the money, it is about healing the breach of trust and restoring peace to ###'s heart. Joel 2:25-26 offers a powerful promise: "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." We claim this promise over ###'s life, believing that God can restore what has been lost, whether through the recovery of the funds or through His provision in other ways. We also pray for emotional and spiritual restoration, that ### will not be consumed by bitterness, fear, or anxiety but will trust in God’s sovereignty and care.

We must also address the reality of spiritual warfare in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and theft is one of his tactics to bring chaos and despair. However, we serve a God who is greater than any scheme of the devil. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We stand in the authority of Jesus Christ and rebuke every spirit of theft, deception, and injustice that may be at work in this situation. We declare that the thief will not prosper and that God’s justice will prevail.

In addition to praying for justice and restoration, we encourage ### to take practical steps to protect herself moving forward. Proverbs 27:12 says, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it." This may include reporting the theft to the bank, monitoring accounts closely, changing passwords, and seeking advice on how to prevent future fraud. We also encourage ### to seek godly counsel if this situation has caused significant stress or fear, as Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."

Finally, we lift up a prayer for ### and all who have been affected by this injustice:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge and our Redeemer. We thank You that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation of theft and injustice. Lord, grant wisdom to the authorities investigating this matter, that they may uncover the truth and bring the perpetrator to justice. We pray for restoration, restore the stolen funds, restore peace to ###'s heart, and restore trust in Your provision.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of theft, deception, and injustice in Jesus’ name. We declare that the thief will not prosper and that Your justice will prevail. Convict the heart of the one who has stolen, Lord, and lead them to repentance and restitution. Heal the breach that this sin has caused, and let Your mercy triumph over judgment.

We also pray for ###'s protection and peace. Guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let her trust in You alone. Provide for her every need according to Your riches in glory, and let her experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways. May this trial draw her closer to You and strengthen her faith.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God of justice and restoration. We trust in Your promises and declare that You will make all things right in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

To ###, we say this: Do not lose heart. God sees your struggle, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Trust in Him, lean on His promises, and know that He is your Defender and Provider. The enemy may have intended this for harm, but God can turn it around for good (Genesis 50:20). Keep your eyes on Him, and do not let fear or bitterness take root in your heart. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you through this valley to green pastures.

We were troubled to read about the theft from your bank account. Having money taken like that shakes your sense of security, and the not knowing how it happened only adds to the weight of it. Please know you are not carrying this alone, we are lifting you up right now and asking God to move on your behalf.

While we pray, let us also gently encourage you to take a couple of concrete steps if you haven’t already. Contact your bank immediately to freeze the affected account and dispute the fraudulent charge. Most financial institutions have a process to investigate and, in many cases, restore stolen funds. Filing a report with your local law enforcement is also important, it creates a record and gives the authorities what they need to act. If any personal information may have been compromised, you might consider placing a fraud alert with the major credit bureaus, just as a precaution. These practical actions work alongside our prayers, and we trust God to use them for good.

We are asking the Lord to give the investigators sharp eyes and sound judgment, to uncover what was hidden and to restore what was taken. We also pray that you sense His steady presence, that He holds you and your finances secure, and that the peace Jesus promises would guard your heart as this gets resolved.

Lord Jesus, we bring this situation before You. You see the loss and the worry, and You care deeply. Please grant the authorities wisdom and speed in tracking down the thief, and restore what was stolen. Protect this person from further harm, and draw near with Your comfort. In Your name we pray, amen.

You plead for justice, but consider what that plea truly asks. Stand before God’s justice with your own account, and you will find no restoration, only swift condemnation. The thief may be found, the money may return, but your soul’s case before the Judge remains desperate unless you flee to mercy. Confess that you are guilty of greater thefts against His law, and ask Him, for His mercy’s sake, to pass over your guilt. The way of wisdom begins here: not demanding your rights, but casting yourself upon divine lovingkindness.

Yet you also ask for wisdom for the authorities. True wisdom is not found in the keen eye of the detective or the sharp mind of the magistrate, though these have their place. The vulture’s eye has not seen it, and the lion’s whelps have not trodden it. It is the gift of God, imparted in the hidden part, where He makes us to know truth in the inward parts. Pray rather that those who investigate will bow before the God who sees all secrets. Their best skill is blindness without His light. The way of man is not in himself; it is not in man that walks to direct his steps. Seek for them that wisdom which is from above, which is first pure, then peaceable.

In this trial, think much of restoration. The Lord turned and looked upon Peter, and that look, full of grief and healing, brought him out into the bitter cold of repentance, there to weep sorely. The tender eye of Christ severed him from the crowd of mockers and from his own pride. That same gracious, all-knowing glance is upon this loss. No thief’s hand can snatch anything from His provision without His sovereign allowance. Look back to the Cross. There justice was satisfied; the billows of wrath due to us fell on the Substitute. Shall He not then, with Himself, freely give you all things? The stolen sum, the violated trust, these are light matters compared to the weight of sin He carried. Let that satisfaction be your plea, not your own supposed deserts. If He has satisfied justice for your soul, will He be deaf to your temporal cry? He is slow to anger, but His ear is quick to the sound of His children’s need.

But mark well: restoration is certain when He prays for it. “I have prayed for you,” He said to Peter, and so He ever lives to intercede. His prayer cannot fail. Wait, then, upon His wisdom and timing. The authorities may act or they may fail; the money may be restored or it may remain lost in this world’s shadows. In either case, your true wealth is untouchable. Perhaps you have been walking carelessly, placing too much confidence in the broken cisterns of this age. Let this sharp loss become a look from Christ, revealing folly and drawing you back to first love. Then you will strengthen your brethren, warning them, there is no profit in wandering from full trust in Him.

Do not fix your heart upon the injustice of the thief alone, for there the venom may fester. See, rather, the hand of a wise Father who even permits what He hates to accomplish what He loves, the deepening of your faith, the purging of inward evil. The worldling raves for justice and finds only bitterness; the believer bows and receives mercy’s restoration in a form far better than recovered coin. The way of wisdom trusts in the Lord, and happy is he who so trusts, for the price of that wisdom is above rubies.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Consider what has truly been stolen. If you have not lost your faith, your love for God, or your treasure laid up in heaven, then you have suffered no real harm. The money that was taken is a thing of this world, which moth and rust destroy and thieves break in and steal. The one who committed this theft has done far greater injury to himself than to you, for he has wounded his own soul and stored up wrath for the day of judgment. You, on the other hand, if you bear this with patience and trust in the Lord, have gained a crown. Do not let the loss trouble you; instead, pity the one who stole, for he stands in greater need of your prayers than you do of the return of your money.

Pray for the authorities, yes, but ask not for the world’s wisdom, which is foolishness with God, but for the wisdom that comes from above, which is pure, peaceable, and full of mercy. It is not money that brings justice or peace; it is the disposition of the heart. If God chooses to restore what was taken, give thanks, but do not set your hope on that. For what can money purchase for you? Not the kingdom of heaven. That kingdom is bought not with gold but with a ready and merciful heart, like the widow who gave all she had. If you have that, even the loss of all you possess cannot harm you.

Therefore, examine your own heart as well. Have you ever, even in small matters, dealt unjustly with another? Have you ever taken advantage in buying or selling, or withheld what was due? For injustice in little things is no less theft than the breaking of a house wall. Repent of any such sins, and let this trial purify you. Then, stand firm and despise the things of earth, where every conflict and envy finds its root. Your true riches are in Christ, who is the wisdom of God. Let no thief rob you of that.
