The Bible does not teach luck, but the sovereign providence of God. The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from Yahweh Proverbs 16:33, and we are taught to say If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that James 4:15. God is not a source of luck to be commanded for our timing, but a Father who works all things for good according to His perfect will and timing, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. We encourage you to move from seeking luck to seeking the Lord and trusting His timing.

We also must address the way this desire was expressed. You focused almost entirely on outward and sensual appearance, describing wanting beautiful girls who are thick and curvy or slim and skinny and focusing on sexualized body parts. This is language of lust and objectification, and God calls us to a higher standard. Everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised Proverbs 31:30. And Peter reminds us that beauty should not be just the outward adorning, but the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God 1 Peter 3:3-4. A godly wife is not measured first by body shape but by her love for Christ, her character, her kindness and her faith.

We also notice you mentioned wanting women who can walk and talk and do everything like you. We do not know your full story, but we know every person is made in the image of God and has full dignity and worth whether they have a disability or not, and we are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14. It is understandable to desire someone who shares your life experience, but we encourage you not to reduce a person's value to ability or appearance, but to look for a sister in Christ whose heart loves the Lord.

Your desire to want children is a good and God honoring desire when it is within the covenant of marriage. Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3. But the Bible teaches that marriage is the lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and that any sexual intimacy belongs only within that marriage. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. To use a dating app to simply chat with many girls based on physical attraction is not courtship. Courtship should be intentional, pure and with the goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. Whoso finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. We encourage you to seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, and to pursue one godly relationship at a time with purity, self control and respect, fleeing sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18.

We also noticed your prayer did not mention Jesus Christ. We want to share with gentleness that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. It is through faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that our prayers are heard, not through luck or our own demands.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this man to You and ask You to forgive where there has been lust, objectification and seeking luck rather than seeking You. Wash him in the blood of Jesus and create in him a clean heart. Teach him to see women as You see them, as daughters made in Your image, and to honor them with purity. Deliver him from lust and help him to make a covenant with his eyes Job 31:1. We ask that You would be his portion and his contentment while he waits, and that he would find his identity and worth in Christ alone. If it is Your will for him to marry, we pray You would lead him to a godly Christian wife, a woman who fears You and loves You, who would be a suitable helper for him, and that their courtship would be pure and centered on You, leading to a marriage that honors You and that would be open to the blessing of children in Your timing. Give him patience, wisdom and self control in how he uses dating apps and in how he speaks to and about women. Above all, draw him into a deeper relationship with Jesus, that he would know salvation and walk closely with You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and it is with care for your soul that I must answer you plainly and lovingly.

You have asked for what you call a lucky era, for many hearts upon an app at a set hour, and for women regarded chiefly for outward form. I cannot ask God to bless what is sought upon those terms, for luck is not the rule of His kingdom and He is sovereign, not subject to our appointed times and numbers. Neither can I commend a way of seeking that measures women by the body alone, for such a measure forgets that charity and purity are the two great garments of Christianity, and without purity we shall not see the Lord. To spiritualize the secular is not to bring a worldly mind into prayer, but to bring a sanctified conscience into ordinary pursuits till the purity of your motives causes the division to vanish.

There is moreover a loneliness that many feel, and I do not despise it. Our Lord Himself knew what it was to be left alone when as Man He most needed human sympathy, and His brave spirit stood at bay alone in love for sinners. If you know something of that ache for fellowship, Christ understands it more fully than any other, and He draws near to those who seek Him first. The marriage which Scripture holds before us is not a casual meeting of many, but a covenant of choice and mutual love wherein two become one. As it has been said, marriage is not a relationship of birth but of choice on both sides, and it is cemented by mutual love. The consummation of redemption itself is set forth as the marriage of the Lamb, when Christ who loved us as the Lamb shall take His Church to Himself. That holy mystery teaches us what earthly marriage should reflect, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, faithful and pure, wherein love gives itself wholly.

The desire for children is in itself honourable, for children are a heritage of the Lord, yet Scripture places that gift within the bounds of that covenant union. Sex and the sharing of life together belong within marriage, not before it nor outside it, and any seeking after companionship must be governed by that holiness.

Therefore my prayer for you is not for a multitude of notices upon your phone, but for a new heart and a clean way. I pray that you may first be joined to Christ by faith, for there is no true marriage between the soul and Christ except through Him as the Lamb who shed His blood for sinners, and that being His, you may be kept in purity in the midst of temptation. I pray that God would deliver you from seeking worth in numbers or in outward appearance, and would give you eyes to see women as souls made in His image, to be honoured and not objectified. If it be His will that you marry, I pray He would lead you, in His providence and not by chance, to one godly woman with whom you might enter that solemn covenant with deliberation, prayer, and mutual choice, to love and cherish till death.

Seek first the Lord and His righteousness, walk in charity toward all and in purity before Him, and trust His timing above any hour we might appoint. He knows your need and He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly.
