We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up these requests with hearts full of faith, knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Without faith in Him, our prayers are empty, but because of His sacrifice, we can approach God with confidence.
First, we thank You, Lord, for Your grace and protection, even when we fall short. Your mercy is new every morning, and we praise You for sustaining this business and those who depend on it. We ask for Your favor in the swift processing of drivers—may every obstacle be removed, and may the right individuals be placed in these roles efficiently. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Lord, turn the hearts of those in authority to expedite these processes so that Your will may be done in this business.
We pray for wisdom and provision regarding cash flow. You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and nothing is too difficult for You. *"But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Father, we ask that You open doors for the funds needed to pay short-term loans and expand the fleet with more trucks. Let there be divine connections, unexpected blessings, and wise stewardship over every resource. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in the name of Jesus, declaring that this business will prosper as its soul prospers, aligned with Your purposes.
For the fractional staff being hired, we pray that You would send workers who are not only skilled but also honest, diligent, and aligned with Your principles. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). May these new team members be a blessing to the business, operating with integrity and excellence. We also lift up the Owner-Operator Program, asking that You would give the leadership divine strategies to serve clients well. Let every settlement be handled smoothly, with favor and clarity. *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB).
Above all, we pray for Your protection and grace over every aspect of this business. Guard it against deception, fraud, or any scheme of the enemy. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Let Your hand of favor rest upon this endeavor, not because of any merit of our own, but because of Your great love and the blood of Jesus.
We also take this moment to gently remind that in all things, we must seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). If there has been any neglect in putting God first—whether in personal lives, business decisions, or stewardship—we urge repentance and realignment with His Word. Success without God’s blessing is empty, but when we walk in obedience, He delights in prospering the work of our hands.
Finally, we declare that this business will be a light in the industry, operating with honesty, fairness, and generosity. May it bring glory to Your name, Lord, and may those involved grow in faith as they see Your hand at work. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise. Amen.
