Standers: prayer and encouragement

Praise God for another day to praise him, worship him, and fight with prayer for our families with Jesus leading the way.

I continue to pray for my prodigal spouse Tina and ALL of our prodigal spouses. In the name of Jesus I pray that our spouses will hear the voice of God and will be repentant. I once again pray an hedge of thrones and a wall of fire around our prodigals, to block their ways to sin and satan.

I stand in faith and total belief that God is at work in all of our spouses constantly. God is putting never ending reminders of their familes in their minds, constantly reminding them that what they are now doing is wrong. God is calling their names, changing their hearts and placing roadblocks in their paths.

Lets all continue to pray, read Gods word and believe in him, his promises, and his power over all that satan does thorugh our spouses.

Below is a praise report that I read on www.rejoiceministries.org. It touched me and reminded me that God can and does bring spouses back to him and to their families. It is from a stander in Louisiana, like me, and it gave me hope and I hope it touches you all.

“Praises to God, I returned home to my wife after being a prodigal. I thank God that she was a stander and had faith that God was the redeemer of our marriage. I knew who God is, but on my own accord, I decided to live the lifestyle that I wanted to live. I was being led by Satan to believe that God would forgive me for leaving my spouse, and bless me with the other woman. How mistaken I was. Praise be to God the Father for working in our lives and spouses. He is at work and by the mighty name of Jesus Christ I declare victory over the enemy that attacks our marriages. I bind him to hell in the name of the Lord Jesus and all of his evil spirits and plots. I bind our spouses to Jesus and his powerful blood. I speak divine appointments in our lives and No weapon formed against us or our marriages shall prosper! In Jesus name I pray Amen

I stand in agreement with the prayers of my sisters and brothers. I praise our Holy Father for all He has done and IS doing. He promises that HE will answer if we ask. I claim HIS promise. Our prodigal spouses will return one by one. I hold God to HIS WORD! God bring us to thier minds. Make them homesick for their families. Like the prodigal son in Luke 15:17 KJV says and when he came to himself..NIV says when he came to his senses, When our prodigal spouses comes to their senses, they will return home and it is our job as christians to show them the Fathers unconditional love. I intend to show Mike that love...the love of the Father. God will supply the grace to do it. I love our Father for what HE is doing. Praise HIM. We will stand, Ronnie, Liz, Matthew, Patrick, Dion, Hope, Freddi. We will stand!!! God will hold us up!!
