standers encouragement 11/11/08

Hey standers,

today the Lord wanted me to share with you a story from another stander. I hope it encourages you and reminds you of what God can do.

I cannot thank you (and my Christian family as a whole) enough for

your prayers. I want to give you an ultimate praise report that not

only has my husband decided not to go thru with divorce proceedings,

but has canceled them completely, and the Lord has done an incredible

work in his heart - to humble him so very much.

God has opened his eyes, and revealed to him his struggles with

pride, and how much pride had become a stronghold of Satan in his

life and caused him to have a hardened heart.

To all out there who think they should not hold on to their marriage

any longer, who have lost hope in God's ability to change a person

completely, please listen that if there's even a millionth of an

ounce inside you that the Holy Spirit is telling you to 'hang on', DO

IT. ALL things are possible thru Christ Jesus. Don't stay for abuse,

temporary separation may be your answer for the moment-- but give

room for GOD to do his healing transformation. Hang on - don't give

in to divorce.

The Lord our God makes ALL things new. I knew in my heart that there

was hope because of the Lord Jesus Christ in my marriage, and boy,

has He come thru for us.

The Lord has heard the petitions of his children in my case, and I

praise Him eternally for that. Thank you SO VERY much for your

prayers. It is a worthwhile effort of ETERNAL

importance, and when you stand before his throne, you will wear a

robe of white linen, and your works will be made of Gold to withstand

the fire. Glory to God.

Thank you for sharing this testimony, I wish it were that simple, I used to like roller coasters, but not these days, they have a new meaning for me and my family. Lord God please bless Ronnie for his stand and for all the inspiration he sends our way each day, in Jesus name amen.

God I stand steadfast in my stand and agree with these prayers. Thank you God for restoring this marriage. I know that one day I too would have a praise report of marriage restoration and so would many others. Thank you Jesus. I praise you. I love you. You are so good to me!!! Amen
