Just sharing an email with the prayer family. God Bless.
"Being fully persuaded that God has the Power to do what He had
promised", (Rom. 4:21).
Rom 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the
father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall
thy seed be.
"Against hope" refers to the fact that in the natural realm there was
no hope left that Sarah could have children. She had always been
barren, even when she and Abraham were young and first married. For
decades the natural circumstances had formed an image of
"hopelessness" within them both.
For all of their married life, the image of Sarah's barrenness was
indelibly imprinted in their minds. Not only was Sarah barren, she
was also past child bearing age. Sarah was 75 years old when she got
pregnant. Is anything too hard for God?
"Believed in hope" refers to the promise made by God to Abraham. In
the face of all contradictory circumstances, God had promised that
Abraham and Sarah would produce many offspring from their own bodies,
although Sar was barren and past child bearing age.
God had given His word, but He did more than that. He gave Abraham a
different "image" to focus his hope on, rather than a barren wife who
was past child bearing age.
Friends, at this very moment you may be facaing a road block. But God
want you to be fully persuaded that what He did for Abraham and
Sarar, (who was barren and past child bearing age), He is able to do
the impossible also for you. This is the way to believe, fully
convinced, fully persuaded. Staunchly holding on to the fact God has
the power to do this very thing for you.
God has the power to change your situation. God has the power to
change you and your wayward spouse. God has the power to make what's
wrong right. God has the power to resurrect a dead situation. God has
the power to change a heart.
Prov. 21:1 the king's heart is in the hand of the Lord.
God is true to His word, prayer becomes an empty exercise if you are
not fully persuaded that nothing is hard for the Lord. God's word is
true, that He hears your prayers is a fact, Gods' word says so.
1 John 5:14 says, "Now this is the confidence we have in Him, that if
we ask anything according to His will, He hears us,"
God is not a liar. Walk by faith and not by what you see. Hold on to
God's word, worship and praise Him for His faithfulness. God is able,
He is God, He will answer.
"Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."(Phil 4:6)
We can be sure our prayers are heard. Do not listen to the naysayers
who will tell you that God cannot do this. Refrain from listening to
negative people who will tell you to give up.
Instead, open up to all God's promises, "No good thing will He
withhold" (Psalm 84:11).
Gods' power is awesome. Absolutely nothing is hard for Him. We are
important to Him. We are children of the promise. God is involved in
your situation. He simply can't be separated from any aspect of your
life since He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Orchestrator of all that
is.
God is actively involved in all details of His creation. God is in
charge of your situation. The Bible teaches that nothing happens in
this world that is beyond the knowledge and control of God.
"The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules
over all" (Ps. 103:19).
He is God Almighty (Ps. 66:7).
He is the sovereign Lord of all. We must remember that worrying is
choosing not to trust God. We need to not doubt God. It blocks God's
power from working in our lives.
Be fully persuaded today that nothing is hard for the Lord. Be fully
persuaded that God is able to give exceeding abundantly more than you
can ask or think. Be fully persuaded that nothing is hard for the
Lord.
As always I am praying and interceding on your behalf.
