Stand with me please for my promotion and a new position

Good morning family. I would like to ask for your prayers for my promotion. The Army is holding a board to select people in my grade for the next higher promotion. I have been passed over for the last 3 years and I'm praying once again that this is my year. I am also asking for prayers about a new position that I am trying to interview for because I am really frustrated and tired of being used in this position to sit here and work until the person that they want gets here. And no one is going to look out for me but me and of course God. So please pray that I can get the other job. My life seems to be in utter turmoil right now.

I pray a blessing over ### and her job. Please impart wisdom to her regarding any decisions she will make. Open the doors for a job ordained by You, and give ### the peace she desires. I know in my heart that she would be a better servant Lord, she would be able to tithe more with a raise and promotion and I know that life would be better in her world overseas. Jesus, please find favor with her and make a way now that she has waited patiently for this position....Lord, she has sought your kingdom first, I pray you would add this unto her as in Matthew 6:33....thank you Jesus, Amen.

Lord God I pray a hedge of protection over ### today, Father bring her forth in her position in the Army, as she serves her country, and protects our freedom, Father protect her. I ask that Your divine will for her career be brought forth for her, as she listens to You, waits for You, and seeks You in her future, stand with her as she steps up boldly for advancement, in Jesus name amen.

Father, I stand with ### this day. May Your voice be the only one she hears as these changes take place. We do not question Your plan for our lives, but only ask the wisdom and understanding to recognize Your leading and direction. Grant ### a very clear vision of what You would have her do, and give her the fortitude and conviction to do it well. Thank you for blessing her, for the care her family is receiving in her absence. Keep her safe from harm as she defends our great nation. In the name of Jesus, I praise You for all of the blessings You are showering upon ###. Amen.
