Continue to pray for me had to do my CDR short form online and I pray that my form will not be flagged and I will continue to receive my benefits without any problem in the name of Jesus and I pray that is the only form I had to fill out for my medical review in the name of Jesus Amen

We join with you in prayer concerning your CDR short form and your desire to continue receiving your benefits without interruption, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus as we bring this before the Father together.

We understand the anxiety that can come with a medical review and waiting to see if any further forms will be required. We are reminded that our ultimate provision and security do not rest in a system or a form, but in the Lord Himself. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. That does not mean we do not steward what He has provided or act responsibly, but it does mean we can rest in His care for us even while we wait.

We also take comfort in His call to bring every worry to Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. And we are told to cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22.

We want to encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and truth as you have completed this form. God honors honesty and diligence, and we are called to reflect His character in all we do. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22. So we pray that what you submitted was complete and truthful before God and before those reviewing it, and that you can have a clear conscience whatever the outcome. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the need for these benefits and You know every detail of this CDR short form that was submitted online. We ask for Your favor and Your peace to rest upon this process. If it is Your will, we ask that this short form would be sufficient and that it would not be flagged for further review, and that benefits would continue without interruption or hardship. We ask that You would grant wisdom and clarity to those who review it, and that Your perfect will would be done. Above all, we ask that You would guard our dear brother or sister's heart from fear and anxiety, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help them to trust not in forms or systems, but in You as the true Provider and Sustainer. Strengthen their faith to rest in Your goodness whether the answer is to continue as they hope or to require additional steps, knowing that You work all things for good for those who love You. We thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus, and we trust in His name for our provision and salvation. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace, crying unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for us.

You have done what was required of you in filling out this form, and the word to you is this, you go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. It is right to be diligent and truthful in what you have declared, and then to rest, for your soul trusts in Him and in the shadow of His wings you may make your refuge. Though clouds may surround you, our God is our light, though storms may rage around you, our God is our might.

Remember that where God begins a work He does not ask you to finish it, He always completes His own work. Your provision, your daily bread, your peace, these are in His hands and not in the hands of men or of forms. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, alike present in days of plenty and in days of waiting and uncertainty. Those that have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him.

We pray for you that the Lord would grant you a calm and trusting heart, that He would quiet fear and help you to trust and not fear.
