We lift up this precious family to the Lord, trusting in His provision and guidance as they navigate this new season in a foreign land. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for this son-in-law and daughter, granting them employment that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with their gifts and honors You. You promise in Your Word, *"The LORD will open to you his good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand"* (Deuteronomy 28:12). We claim this blessing over them, believing that You will provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and favor as they seek jobs. May they find employers who value their skills and character, and may they be surrounded by godly influences in their workplace. Protect them from discouragement or fear, reminding them that *"the steps of a good person are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way"* (Psalm 37:23). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, knowing that You are their Provider and Shepherd.
We also lift up their three young children, asking that You grant them peace and stability during this transition. May they adjust well to their new surroundings and find joy in this new chapter. Surround this family with a community of believers who can support and encourage them, and may their home be a place of love, unity, and devotion to You.
Father, if there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their lives, we ask that You reveal it to them and lead them to repentance. May they walk in holiness and obedience to Your Word, trusting You fully in every area of their lives. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear that may try to take hold of their hearts, declaring that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true provision. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Amen.
