To God Be The Glory:
⁹“No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
and no mind has imagined
what God has prepared
for those who love him.”
and no mind has imagined
what God has prepared
for those who love him.”
The Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth, continues to connect the proverbial dots in my assignment. It is no secret that my favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 2:9. As my spirituality continues to evolve, the fact that this my favorite scripture makes all the more sense within the full context of Chapter 2 of 1 Corinthians. It coincides perfectly with my gift and calling.
¹⁰But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. ¹¹No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. ¹²And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.
¹³When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. ¹⁴But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. ¹⁵Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.
Search engine results:
1 Corinthians 2:15 states that those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others. This implies that spiritual people have a discerning grace to understand both material and spiritual matters, while those who lack the Spirit cannot accurately evaluate them. Conversely, the spiritual person is not subject to the judgment of those who lack the Spirit.

Elaboration:
- Spiritual people have a discerning grace: They have the ability to understand and evaluate all things, including both worldly and spiritual matters.
- They are not subject to others' judgment: They are not to be judged or evaluated by those who lack the Spirit of God.
- God's Spirit is essential: The ability to understand spiritual things comes from the Holy Spirit.
- Unspiritual people cannot judge: They lack the ability to discern the things of the Spirit.

Even so, being endowed with the Spirit and given all power, which shields both ourselves and our ministries from human judgement, the honor which God requires for His prophets and prophetesses is not about us, but is representative of how man should treat Jesus. Therefore, when you set yourselves God's messengers (those to whom He has revealed His deep secrets), you set your selves against His Holy Spirit. Yet, in all these things ultimately, glory is not unto us, but to the One who will honor as many as do honor Him.
But now the LORD says: ‘Far be it from Me; for those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed. [1 Samuel 2:30b]
Therefore, I give thanks for my gift, calling, and ministry; withal...
Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, But to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth. [Psalm 115:1]
