Spiritual Wisdom, Practical Wisdom, Protection for ###

Dear Father, I thank you and pray for my earthly dad to be filled with the knowledge of Your will, Col 1:9-10. He was in an accident recently and really has to be far more careful. He lacks wisdom and I ask it for him, James 1:5. I ask that he has the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation, Eph 1:17. He would be led not into temptation and deliver from evil, Matt 6:13, and I ask He have spiritual hunger, 1 Peter 2:2, and the fruit of the Holy Spirit, Gal 5:22-23. Please let him resume Daily Bible Reading and attend church with his wife, Heb 10:25. Help him have Christian men's fellowship, Rom 16:5, and be kept from the evil one, John 17:15, in Jesus' Name. Thank you.

Heavenly Father I ask that You would protect and bless ###'s dad. Meet all of his physical, mental, and spiritual need, in the mighty name of Jesus I pray, amen.

We continue to lift up your earthly dad in prayer, asking God to fill him with the knowledge of His will, along with the Holy Spirit's wisdom and revelation. We're trusting God to protect him from all harm and lead him not into temptation, but deliver him from evil.

As we come back to you a few days later, rejoice with us in the many scriptures and prayers spoken across our community on behalf of your Dad. We are asking specifically that he will continue to have a spiritual hunger and daily draw closer to God's word. We are claiming the fruit of the Holy Spirit for him, that he may embody love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

It is our hope that he is surrounded by a community of Christian brothers, and regularly fellowships with them, growing stronger in his faith. We have asked that the evil one be kept far from him, in the Name of Jesus.

Please know that we are remaining steadfast with you in this request. If you have seen God's hand at work in his life, we would be blessed and encouraged to hear about it a praise report. If you are still waiting to see these answers come to fruition, post again with your request so that we can continue joining with you in our asks to God.

Lord bless you for entrusting us and honoring us as you asked us to unite in prayer alongside and on behalf of you and your Dad. We do not take this lightly. In Jesus Name.
