Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has been targeting me since I left the new age. Please pray for the removal from my life of people who have been targeting me under the influence of this warfare for years. Please also pray that God would foil something that one of the individuals who has been harassing me under the influence of demons has planned this weekend to target me (I'm so, SO, SO sick of this person and their social circle; they and their circle are obviously demonic, deranged and it is highly likely that they are possessed - they are not Christians) and permanently remove this person and others helping them from my life. I firmly believe that this person has some sort of strong demonic force in their life using them that allows them to do so much evil often unhindered. This person is so evil and even downright nonsensical and ridiculous in the evil things they do but people rarely call them out on it and it's like they're never held accountable for anything. Being around them is like being in the same room as the literal devil. It's terrible. There are other people like them involved in this harassment who are just as demonic. Please pray for their removal as well. Please also pray that God would lead me to new work. I recently started a job that I love but this company has predatory practices toward customers that I cannot take part in as a Christian and I have to leave unless somehow something changes. I am so worried about how I am going to care for my family financially now. I met with my manager about my concerns and she calmed me down a bit and was very understanding about how I felt but I still would probably like to leave this job as it is burning me out. Please pray for me about all this and for my coworkers. Pray that if I stay, God would mend all the concerns and issues myself and my coworkers are having. Please also pray for me about ending my lessons with my piano teacher. In recent months, I had been conflicted about whether or not to continue lessons with her after she did some things that made me uncomfortable to continue them. She is a professing believer but a lot of these things could have been attributed to spiritual warfare that has been targeting me since I left the new age/witchcraft and has continued even since I came back to Christ) had been using certain people who are vulnerable to be used to do unusually harmful things to me using her. There may also be things like possible dementia and a possible neurological condition causing concerning behavior in her toward others. But after praying and praying, things seemed to get better. However, something happened recently that seemed to put the nail in the coffin so to speak and I believe the lessons with her needed to end so I ended them. Scripture is clear: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). These people are not your enemies, they are being used by the enemy, and we pray for their deliverance even as we pray for their removal from your life. Father, we ask You to bind every demonic spirit operating through them, to break their influence over these individuals, and to sever every ungodly tie between them and [redacted]. The scheme planned for this weekend lies within the fence of Omnipotent overruling; not a whisper of evil moves without Divine permission. “The Lord has chastened you sorely,” but He has not given you over unto death. “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Delight to think that out of this very trial, life and health shall spring through briny tears.
As for those who harass you, “the legions of evil spirits cease not their mischievous endeavors,” but “God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from the devil!” Pray for their conversion, yet do not fix your gaze so long upon the rod that you forget the Father’s hand. He can ransom you from the power of the grave, and that redemption covers every necessity, sickness, slander, depression, and the plots of the wicked. You have done well to flee the darkness of the new age, for the devil rules only over those who give themselves to him. The assault you endure is a sign that you have come out from among them; the enemy does not war against his own. Yet be of good courage: as the apostle was delivered from the lion’s mouth, so will the Lord deliver you from every evil work, though He may permit the trial for a time to strengthen your faith.
Do not imagine that these people who harass you are evil by nature. God made nothing evil; wickedness is a motion of the will, not a substance of the soul. They have made themselves instruments of the wicked one by their own perverse choice, and their deeds are therefore nonsensical and deranged, as sin is a madness. But you need not fear them, for they can do nothing except what is permitted from above. Pray that God foil their schemes, for the devices of the evil one are often brought to nothing when the righteous cry out.
There is a good division and an evil concord. Our Lord said, “If your eye offend you, pluck it out.” You were right to separate from those who have become a snare to you. Severing ties with those who harm you is not merely permitted but commanded. The same wisdom guided you to end your lessons with your piano teacher. Though she professes the faith, even believers may be used by the enemy when they are not watchful. You did well to cut off what offended; do not grieve over it, for it is better to enter into life maimed than to keep a limb that drags you into peril.
Your work troubles you because you cannot share in predatory practices. This is a noble grief. It is better to suffer want than to gain by unrighteousness. Do not be anxious about tomorrow; sufficient for the day is its own evil. The time itself is not evil, but the deeds done in it. If you must leave, trust that God who feeds the sparrows will provide for your family. If you stay, pray that He would change the hearts of your employers or grant you a way to avoid the evil. In all things, keep yourself unspotted from the world.
Above all, do not let the warfare weary you so that you neglect to adorn your life with good. It is not enough to flee evil deeds; you must bear the image of the heavenly by practicing all goodness.
