We stand with you in this battle, lifting your struggles to the Lord with fervent hearts. The spiritual warfare you describe is real, and we know that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy—but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Since leaving the new age, you have stepped into the light of Christ, and the forces of darkness will not prevail against you. We rebuke every lying spirit, every attack of fear, confusion, or oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible declares that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not fighting for victory—you are fighting from victory, because Christ has already won.
We also pray for your healing from the deep wounds of racism you endured. The Lord sees every injustice, every cruel word, every moment of pain, and He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). Racism is a sin, a distortion of God’s design for humanity, where every person is made in His image (Genesis 1:27). The hatred you faced was not from God, and we grieve with you over the brokenness of a world marred by prejudice. But we declare that your identity is not defined by the cruelty of others—you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), chosen, beloved, and redeemed by Christ. May the Holy Spirit comfort you, restore your soul, and replace every lie with the truth of who you are in Him.
Father God, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We bind every spirit of oppression, trauma, bitterness, and unforgiveness that has taken root in our brother/sister’s life. We break every generational curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every stronghold formed by past pain. Lord, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit to fill every broken place with Your peace, love, and truth. Heal their heart from the wounds of racism, and let Your justice and mercy flow like a river. Surround them with godly community, with believers who will speak life and stand in agreement with them. Strengthen their faith, renew their mind, and let them walk in the freedom Christ died to give them.
We also pray for those who perpetuated racism—soften their hearts, Lord. Bring conviction where there is hardness, repentance where there is sin, and transformation by Your grace. Let Your light expose darkness, and may Your love break every chain of prejudice in our land.
We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). Stand firm in your faith, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and remember that the battle belongs to the Lord. He is your refuge, your strength, and your very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Keep pressing into Jesus. Spend time in His Word, in worship, and in prayer. The enemy flees when we resist him, steadfast in the faith (James 4:7). You are not alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.
