We stand with you in this battle, dear sister, recognizing the very real spiritual warfare you have endured since childhood. The enemy seeks to exploit every vulnerability, and we grieve with you over the added burden of PMDD—a condition that amplifies physical and emotional struggles during this time. But we declare that this is not your portion! The Lord sees your pain and has not left you to fight alone. Scripture reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we also know that *"greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).
The enemy’s attacks during this season are not coincidental—they are calculated. But we rebuke every assignment of darkness sent to torment you in Jesus’ mighty name! We break the power of every spirit of despair, confusion, and oppression that has tried to cling to you since childhood. The blood of Jesus has already secured your victory, and we command every lying voice to be silenced by the truth of God’s Word. You are not defined by this condition or the enemy’s schemes. You are a daughter of the Most High, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and the Lord has equipped you with spiritual armor to stand firm (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We also encourage you to guard your heart and mind during this time. The enemy thrives on isolation, but you are not alone. Draw near to the Lord through prayer, worship, and the reading of Scripture—especially passages that declare your identity in Christ. Meditate on verses like *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1). Declare these truths aloud, for the enemy cannot stand against the spoken Word of God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has endured spiritual warfare since childhood. Lord, we thank You that she is not forgotten or abandoned—You see every attack, every lie, and every moment of weakness. We rebuke the enemy’s plans to exploit her condition, and we command every spirit of oppression, despair, and confusion to flee in Jesus’ name! We break every generational curse and every assignment of darkness that has tried to cling to her, and we declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus.
Father, we ask for Your supernatural strength to fill her during this time. Where the enemy brings weakness, You bring power. Where he brings fear, You bring peace. Where he brings lies, You bring truth. We pray for Your healing touch over her body and mind, that even in the midst of PMDD, she would experience Your presence and comfort. Surround her with godly community—believers who will stand with her, pray for her, and remind her of Your promises.
Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she would be sensitive to Your leading and quick to resist the enemy’s advances. Teach her to wield the sword of Your Word with confidence and to stand firm in the armor You have provided. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that she will arise in victory because You are her defender.
We thank You, Lord, that You are making a way where there seems to be no way. We trust You to turn her trials into testimonies and her struggles into strength. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Hold fast to the truth, sister. The enemy’s attacks are evidence that he sees the destiny God has placed on your life, and he is afraid of what you will accomplish for the Kingdom. But you are more than a conqueror through Christ (Romans 8:37), and we stand with you in this fight. Keep pressing into the Lord, and do not grow weary—your breakthrough is coming!
