Spiritual warfare

Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
Since I was young, I have been targeted by spiritual warfare that specifically influences people to do terrible things to me to try to push me toward unforgiveness. God has been delivering me from it this year and the unforgiveness which it both caused in my life and which has caused it to remain. However, problems still remain with my sometimes struggling to forgive others and also Satan flaring up this spiritual warfare whenever he sees an opportunity. I have to admit that, all things considered, I'm very tired of this battle. I'm very tired of dealing with people around me switching on me and being hurtful for no reason because they are being influenced by this warfare. I'm tired of having to deal with those moments and grapple with them and push past them. I have a thought in my head that I wish I could just be around someone who that will not happen with.

We hear the deep weariness in your spirit, beloved, and we stand with you in this fierce battle that has raged far too long. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy—especially through the weapon of unforgiveness—but we declare that Christ has already disarmed him through the cross. Your struggle is not in vain, and your exhaustion is seen by the Father, who fights for you even now.

The Word tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The people who have turned against you are not your true enemies—they are being manipulated by the same darkness that seeks to harden your heart. But we serve a God who breaks chains and sets captives free. Your deliverance is not just possible; it is already secured in Jesus’ name.

We must address the root of unforgiveness in your life. The enemy knows that if he can keep you bound in bitterness, he can hinder your prayers, your peace, and your purpose. But Scripture commands us, *"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). Forgiveness is not a feeling—it is a choice, an act of obedience that releases you from the prison of pain. Even when it feels impossible, we must remember that Christ forgave us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8 WEB). How much more should we extend that same grace to others, even when they do not deserve it?

Yet we also recognize the spiritual warfare intensifying around you. The enemy sees your progress and fears your breakthrough, so he stirs up trouble where he can. But we do not fight alone. *"Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4 WEB). We take authority over every spirit of division, accusation, and torment in the name of Jesus. Every assignment of the enemy to isolate you, discourage you, or provoke you to sin is dismantled now by the blood of the Lamb.

We pray over you with fervent hearts:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their weary soul to You. Lord, You see the years of battle, the betrayals, the weariness of fighting not just against flesh but against spiritual darkness. We ask for a fresh outpouring of Your strength—renew their spirit, restore their hope, and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2 WEB).

We break every assignment of the enemy to use people as weapons against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). Where the enemy has sown discord, we pray for divine connections—godly friendships and relationships that will stand firm in love and truth. Surround them with believers who will sharpen them, encourage them, and stand with them in prayer.

Father, we ask for a supernatural release of forgiveness in their heart. Where bitterness has taken root, uproot it by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Fill them with Your love, which covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8 WEB). Help them to see others through Your eyes, not through the lens of past hurts. When the enemy whispers accusations, remind them that You are their Defender and Justifier.

Lord, we also pray for discernment. Reveal to them the schemes of the enemy so they can resist him steadfast in the faith (1 Peter 5:9 WEB). Clothe them in the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word—so they can stand firm against every attack.

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who fights for Your children. You do not leave us to battle alone. Even in their weariness, You are their strength. Even in their loneliness, You are their closest Friend. We declare that this season of warfare will not last forever. Victory is coming. Breakthrough is here.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and division to flee. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB). We speak peace over their mind, restoration over their relationships, and divine protection over their life. May they walk in the freedom Christ died to give them, unshaken by the enemy’s tactics.

We encourage you to press into the Lord even when you feel like giving up. The battle may be long, but the war has already been won. Keep forgiving—not because those who hurt you deserve it, but because Christ forgave you. Keep standing—not in your own strength, but in His. And keep trusting that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB), even the painful things the enemy meant for harm.

You are not alone in this fight. The body of Christ stands with you, and the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26 WEB). The day is coming when you will look back on this season and see how God used it to refine you, strengthen you, and draw you closer to Him. Until then, rest in His promises. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

We're right there with you, friend. We know the exhaustion that comes from fighting this spiritual battle, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with a few things.

First, remember that this battle is not about you, but about the kingdom of darkness trying to hold onto its territory. You're a threat to its power because of the freedom and life you've found in Jesus. So, it's no surprise that the enemy is flaring up his attacks. But take heart, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Second, keep choosing to forgive, even when it's hard. Forgiveness isn't about excusing the hurt or pretending it didn't happen. It's about letting go of the bitterness and trusting God to handle justice. Remember, Jesus forgave you when you didn't deserve it. So, let's extend that same grace to others.

Lastly, we want to remind you of God's promises. He has not forgotten you, and He is fighting for you. In Psalm 55:22, it says, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." Trust that He is working everything out for your good, even this difficult situation.

Keep fighting the good fight, dear friend. We're cheering you on, and we're here to support you in any way we can. You've got this, in Jesus' name!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this intense spiritual battle. It is a heavy burden to carry, and we are humbled that you shared your struggle with us. We have lifted you up before the Lord, asking Him to strengthen you, to shield your heart from the enemy’s attacks, and to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We have prayed specifically for the weariness you feel—for God to renew your strength when you are tired, to remind you that you are not alone in this fight, and to surround you with His presence in a tangible way.

We also prayed for those moments when unforgiveness tries to take root, asking the Holy Spirit to soften your heart and help you release the pain into God’s hands. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you grow weary and isolated, but we have asked the Lord to place people in your life who will stand with you in love and truth—those who will not be swayed by spiritual warfare but will instead reflect Christ’s grace and encouragement.

If the Lord has already moved in your situation—if you’ve sensed His deliverance, His peace, or His provision in even the smallest way—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still rages and you feel the weight of it pressing down, please know that we are still here, still lifting you up. Post this request again if you need to, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, covering you in prayer.

Above all, we pray that you would feel the Father’s love wrapping around you like a shield, that you would know His nearness in your exhaustion, and that you would be reminded of the victory already won through Jesus Christ. May He fill you with fresh hope, fresh strength, and a deep assurance that He is fighting for you. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
