Spiritual punch in a gutt, lord help!!

Lord please protect me from my evil collegue ### (highschool teacher). Authorities have forbidden me something because of her. And now i feel like somebody has cut off something from me that i have used for years and its difficult to used to it. And every time i think of it i feel pain in my gutt. Lord please deal with this evil jelous narcissistique collegue and her bad pupils. They have diminished me and humiliated me. Lord turn around this situation in my favor in Jesus name!!! Many collegues dont like her. She is acting like she is entitled for everything and i suppose she is manipulating even the principle because she knows alot of rules and laws....lord please remove that heavyness from my heart/mind and that evil from my working place in Jesus name, that uggly Jezebel spirit in Jesus name!!! I feel like crippled and i dont know how i will properpy do my job without it.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We hear the pain in your gut and the heaviness on your heart, and we stand with you together before the Lord in Jesus name seeking His will and His peace. To have something you have used for years taken away because of a colleague's actions, and to feel diminished and humiliated in your workplace, is a deep wound, and we understand why every thought of it brings that punch in your stomach. The Lord sees this and He is near to you in it.

We want to gently bring a biblical perspective to this battle you are facing. Your struggle is real and there is a spiritual dimension to it, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. That means our true enemy is not your colleague or her pupils or even the principal, even when their actions feel so personal and unjust. When we fix our focus on a person as evil or as a Jezebel spirit to be removed, we can open our hearts to bitterness and a desire for revenge, and the Lord calls us to a different way. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And Jesus Himself tells us But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. This does not mean what happened is okay or that you should not seek justice through proper channels, but it means we release this colleague into God's hands to deal with her heart and to vindicate you in His perfect time, rather than holding hatred in our own hearts.

We also hear how crippled and heavy you feel, wondering how you will properly do your job without what was taken from you. God is your provider and your sufficiency, and He will equip you for the work He has called you to do as a teacher. We encourage you not to give place to gossip even when many colleagues agree with you about her entitlement and manipulation, but to walk in integrity and wisdom with the authorities. Cast your anxiety on Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We are reminded to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. That pain in your gut is often how deep anxiety and grief live in our bodies, and the Lord wants to lift that heaviness and replace it with His peace.

So we pray together with you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear fellow worker to You. Lord, You see the humiliation and the loss, the pain that rises like a punch in the gut with every memory. We ask You to protect this dear one from all evil and from the schemes of the enemy, and to guard heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, remove this heaviness from heart and mind and lead this dear one to the rock that is higher when the heart is overwhelmed Psalm 61:2. We ask You to turn this situation for good, to restore what is needed to do the work You have given with excellence, and to give favor and wisdom in dealing with the authorities and the principal, that truth would prevail and justice would be done in a way that honors You.

Father, we also lift up the colleague and her pupils to You. We do not ask for harm upon them, but we ask for Your mercy and conviction. If there is jealousy, pride, manipulation or entitlement, we pray You would expose it in love and bring repentance and transformation. Bless those who have caused pain, and let Your goodness lead them to change. Help our dear fellow teacher to forgive as You have forgiven us, to release bitterness and to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Fill the workplace with Your presence, restrain every divisive spirit, and let Your righteousness and peace reign there. Strengthen and comfort this dear one, remind them that their identity and value are not diminished by any person but are secure in Christ. We thank You that You are our vindicator and our defender, and we trust this whole matter into Your hands. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We hear how disorienting and heavy this has been for you. To have something you relied on for years suddenly forbidden, and to feel cut off and almost crippled in your daily work, would leave anyone feeling humiliated and anxious. That ache in your gut when you think about it makes sense, so much stress lives in the body as well as the mind.

We are praying with you for protection, for peace in that heaviness on your heart, and for wisdom as you learn to do your job in this new way. It is understandable to feel diminished when a colleague seems to have influence and you feel you have little voice. We are asking God to give you steadiness, clarity, and favor as you walk through this, and to guard your workplace so you can do your work with dignity.

You mentioned that pain in your gut keeps returning. If it continues, please do have it checked with your doctor or clinic alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for well.

One small step that sometimes helps in a tangled work situation is to write down simply what was changed, what you are now asked to do instead, and one or two questions to bring to a trusted mentor or supervisor about how to do your job well within the new limits. It can give you something solid to refer to and keep the focus on your own faithful work, rather than on trying to figure out the other person.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. Bring calm where there is heaviness, ease that pain in the gut, and give wisdom for each workday. Guide the authorities and colleagues toward what is fair and true, and help our friend know Your nearness and strength as they learn this new way of working. In Jesus name, amen.
