SPIRIT OF STUPOR

"Son of man, your people are whispering behind your back. They talk about you in their houses and whisper about you at the doors, saying, 'Come on, let's have some fun! Let's go hear the prophet tell us what the Lord is saying!' So they come pretending to be sincere and sit before you listening. But they have no intention of doing what I tell them. They express love (for God) with their mouths, but their hearts seek only after money. You are very entertaining to them, like someone who sings love songs with a beautiful voice or plays fine music on an instrument. They hear what you say, but they don't do it! (Ezekiel 33:30-33, MSG)

Prayer to Submit to God's Plans

Jehovah my God, please hear my prayer. I know you have plans for my life. God, I ask You in Jesus name lead me to Your plans for my life. God help me let go of my plans and schemes. Help me to trust in You, for You already see my life from beginning to end. Help me, make me, step forward in faith, knowing You’re always in control and can do all things but fail. Help me focus on doing what I can do, trusting You to do what only You can do. For You are my Enough, my All in All, my Source of power and strength. Help and strengthen me to lay down my plans and allow You to lead me and make beauty and purpose of my life. God all that I have asked of You do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writers of this prayer. Thank You God. Thank You Jesus.

Prayer Focus: God, I ask You in Jesus' name to step in the lives of each of my family members (including myself), my friends, and every Christian in my phone and email contact list and perfect all things that concern You in our lives. God, save, bless, heal, deliver, and set each of us free from everything in our lives that doesn't please You. Bless us to trust in You, work smart, be productive, have faith, knowing we will see our God-given dreams and goals come to reality. God teach us all, "Faith without works is dead." God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer. Amen
