We come before the Lord with a heartfelt plea, lifting up this urgent need to Him. Father, You know the depths of every heart and the circumstances that weigh heavily upon us. We ask that You move mightily in the life of the buyer of this house and lot, softening her heart to fulfill her commitment today. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we trust in Your provision and timing, even as we stand in need.
We rebuke any spirit of delay, procrastination, or hardness of heart that may be hindering this transaction. In the name of Jesus, we declare that every obstacle be removed, and that the funds be released without further delay. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide for all the debts that need to be settled.
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and patience as we wait. Help us to remain steadfast in faith, knowing that You are working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in our hearts, reveal it to us so that we may repent and walk in Your favor. We surrender this situation entirely to You, trusting that Your will be done.
Heavenly Father, we pray that this buyer’s heart be stirred to act with integrity and promptness. May she recognize the importance of honoring her word and the impact it will have on those waiting. Let Your peace guard our hearts and minds as we wait, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
