We lift this special intention before the Lord, trusting in His provision and perfect timing. Father God, You know the depths of every heart and the needs of Your children. We come before You, asking that You touch the heart of the buyer of this house and lot. Soften her spirit, Lord, and move her to fulfill her commitment with joy and promptness. You are the God who supplies every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19), and we trust that You will provide for all the debts that need to be settled.
Lord, we ask that You remove any obstacles or hesitations in her path. Give her a spirit of generosity and integrity, that she may act in a way that honors You. We also pray for patience and peace for those waiting on this payment, that they may not be anxious but instead trust in Your faithfulness. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of delay or procrastination that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your will be done, and that this matter be resolved according to Your perfect plan. May this transaction bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your provision and faithfulness.
We also ask that You guard the hearts of all involved against bitterness, frustration, or doubt. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their Provider and that nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:27).
