please Lord Jesus help me mentally, please just calm my mind, it runs and runs and runs day and night about random crap and things that are so negative and make me feel really uncomfortable and I know that those thoughts are not me, I know I haven't read much in the last day or two, but I am going to read now, please send these demons back to where they came from and permanently.  They know my insecurities and they use it against me to bring me down and to make me feel like someone im not, please Lord fill my heart, mind and soul, with your LOVE, LIGHT, and POSITIVITY, my mind is my weak point, and you Lord are my strong point, please help me God, I need you every second of every day, my mind differs from what my heart feels most of the time, I don't want to be unstable in any way, so please Jesus in your Holy Blessed Name I pray that you heal me!
