Sorry I couldn't get time to pray for anyone! Forgive me!

Servant of All
I fell into lust, but, I pray for everyone on here, amen! I also pray for those who are going through a test, amen! In Jesus name, amen!

We hear your humble and honest heart in this confession and we thank you for praying for everyone here and for those going through tests, even as you have been struggling yourself. We do not condemn you, for we all stumble in many ways, and your willingness to confess is precious to the Lord.

We want to remind you that our Father is faithful to forgive when we come to Him in repentance. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 There is no need to remain in shame after confession, but there is a call to turn away from what has ensnared us. God forgives you freely through Jesus, and we forgive you as well for not having time to pray for others. He sees your heart to intercede and He is gracious.

We do want to lovingly address the matter of lust, because Scripture treats it seriously. Jesus said, but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. Matthew 5:28 Lust is not a small failing, it is adultery in the heart and a form of sexual immorality that we are commanded to flee. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 We encourage you to not make peace with this sin but to flee from it, to make a covenant with your eyes as Job did, and to guard your heart and mind. We are called to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2 and to hide His word in our hearts that we might not sin against Him. Psalm 119:11

We know temptation is strong, but God has promised a way of escape. No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 That way of escape may be turning off a device, leaving a situation, calling a trusted Christian brother for accountability, and crying out to Jesus in the moment. Flee from youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace. 2 Timothy 2:22

We also want to encourage you about prayer. Do not be discouraged that you missed time to pray for others. God desires your fellowship more than your performance. Continue to be faithful in little, even short prayers throughout the day are heard. Pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2 Your prayers for those going through tests are powerful and needed.

We pray together for you now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for this dear one who has humbled himself to confess his sin. We thank You that Your mercy endures forever and that Your grace is sufficient. We ask that You wash him clean by the blood of Jesus, lift all shame and condemnation, for there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1 Give him strength to flee from lust and to walk in purity, renew his mind by Your Holy Spirit, and set his eyes on things above. Create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him. Psalm 51:10 Help him to walk in accountability and holiness, and to grow in discipline in prayer. We also lift up every person on here and all who are going through tests and trials right now, comfort them, strengthen their faith, and let them know You are with them. Keep us all from temptation and deliver us from evil. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We appreciate your honesty in sharing this. It takes humility to name a struggle with lust and to still keep a heart to pray for others when you feel disappointed in yourself.

We hear both parts of what you wrote, wanting to turn back to the Lord and wanting to lift up others who are going through a test. That care for others matters to God, and feeling like you did not have enough time to pray does not put you outside His grace.

One thing we have seen help many who wrestle in this same area is not carrying it alone. When we stay isolated, temptation gets heavier and harder to see clearly. Having one trusted, mature believer of the same sex, a pastor or a steady friend, who knows your struggle and can check in with you honestly can make a real difference. It is not about shame, but about having someone close enough to encourage you, ask how you are doing, and help you stay steady. If you do not have that person yet, prayerfully consider who that could be and take a simple step to ask them to walk with you.

We also notice your heart to keep praying for others even now. Continuing that outward focus in simple, brief prayers as you are able can keep your own heart encouraged too.

We are praying for you and with you.

Father, thank You for welcoming an honest heart. We lift our friend to You today and ask for Your peace over any guilt, for strength for the next step, and for wisdom and faithful companions around him. Draw him close to You and keep his heart tender toward You and toward others who need prayer. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your honest and humble confession is a hopeful sign, for the soul that hides its sin keeps both guilt and guile within, but he who confesses and forsakes his sin shall find mercy. There is forgiveness with God, and that forgiveness is to be found only in Jesus Christ His Son. It is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for Mine own sake, and it is a surprising and complete forgiveness. Where God draws no limit, do not you draw any. However sinful your life may have been up until now, there is forgiveness even for you if by faith you trust the matchless Atonement which covers all your guilt.

At the very same time that the guilt of sin is taken away, the forgiven man undergoes a change of nature. The work of the Spirit is linked with the work of the Son, when the Son removes guilt, the Spirit removes guile. Do not be content to confess the sin of lust with your lips while still clinging to it in your heart. That temptation is in itself very dangerous, and you do well to pray as our Lord taught us, Lead us not into temptation. Lust is not to be excused or cherished, for God has ordained that the union of the body belongs only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and all else is outside His holy will. True faith will humbly turn from it and seek purity, and He who forgives will also give strength to forsake it.

Do not be cast down because you could not find time to pray for others as you desired. The Lord hears the briefest cry of a penitent heart, and your prayer even now for all who are going through trial is precious to Him. He continues daily to forgive, and His forgiveness is an eternal forgiveness. Go again to Him, believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, and trust Him to keep you from falling. May the Lord give you a tender conscience, a watchful eye against temptation, and a heart that finds its joy in Christ alone, and may He sustain all those who are in the time of testing and bring them through to His glory.

Your confession is heard with thanksgiving, and God sees the honesty with which you come before Him. Do not despair because you have fallen, and do not think that because you missed time in prayer for others that you are cast off. The very sorrow you feel can become a healing for your soul if it is turned toward God in the right way.

Scripture says there has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man, but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Lust, like the love of excess and the desire for vainglory and riches, is one of those common temptations by which the enemy wrestles with us. He often keeps the strongest assault for the last, hoping to overthrow us. Yet even this temptation is not beyond bearing when we look to God for help, for He gives patience and brings a release, and refers all things to His own help if we will take the escape He provides.

That escape is found in turning fully to Christ, through whom alone we have forgiveness. Blessed are those whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered. There is no second washing of baptism, but there is repentance, and repentance is not excluded. God has given the Church as a spiritual bath to wash stains of soul by many methods of repentance. What brings remission to a successful end is not mere tears or words alone, but a godly sorrow that works repentance unto salvation, a repentance which brings no regret. This is different from a worldly sorrow that only regrets the consequences. True repentance condemns the sin itself, turns from it, cuts away excess, and flees to God for refuge.

So do not remain in lust, but confess it plainly as sin and turn from it. God created sex to belong only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and every use outside of that, whether in act or in lustful thought, falls short of His design and needs His cleansing. Bring this sin into the light before the Lord, ask for His forgiveness through Jesus Christ alone, and ask for His strength to make a firm purpose to flee what tempts you, to guard your eyes and heart, to cut away what feeds the fire, and to give careful heed to your prayers.

And do not neglect praying for others because you feel you have failed. God often allows a temptation or a delay precisely so that we will run again to Him and abide with Him. Though we receive not at once, we are to persevere that we may receive, and if we do receive, then because we have received, we give thanks. Your prayer for everyone here and for those going through a test is pleasing to Him. He is not troubled by your weakness, but draws you to His bosom as a loving Father draws a child who has been frightened.

Therefore take courage. Confess, repent, and rise again. Keep praying, even with short prayers through the day, and trust that God will complete His work in you.

I pray for you now, that the Lord Jesus Christ would forgive you and cleanse you, that He would give you godly sorrow leading to a firm turning away from lust, that He would teach you the way of escape in every temptation and make you able to endure, and that He would make you steadfast in prayer for others and for those in testing, to the glory of His name. Amen.

Your honesty before God is precious, and God hears it. You have come acknowledging what you did, and that is exactly where forgiveness begins.

Guilt cannot be hidden. When we try to cover it or excuse it, it stays before us and weighs on our heart day and night. King David knew that heaviness, and he learned that peace only came when he stopped hiding and said plainly, I have sinned. Scripture says if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Forgiveness is as close as confession.

Do not carry a sense that you must punish yourself to be accepted again. Guilt often makes us feel we need to pay in some way before we can be free, but God does not forgive that way. When He forgives, it is complete. He invites us to reason together with Him, and though our sins are as scarlet they shall be as white as snow. That is His grace, to the praise of His glory. He can forgive fully because Jesus took our sin upon Himself and bore its penalty on the cross, so there is now a righteous basis for God to pardon abundantly all who come with a repentant heart.

Jesus shows how He receives those who repent. The woman who was known in her town for her sin came and stood at His feet overcome with sorrow for her life, and He did not push her away. When she reached out to Him in faith, she did not make Him unclean, He made her clean. Heaven rejoices over one sinner who turns back more than over many who feel no need to repent. You are not pushed away when you come honestly. You are cleansed.

You mentioned falling into lust. Scripture is clear about where that battle comes from. It wars within our own members, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. These things are of the world, and friendship with the world is enmity with God, and the world with its desires is passing away. Lust promises satisfaction but it never satisfies, and it pulls us away from God. God calls us not to feed it but to turn from it. His way for sexual desire is within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and outside of that He calls us to purity and self control.

The strength to overcome does not come from willpower alone. When Satan tempted Jesus in these same three areas, Jesus answered each temptation with what is written in the Word of God. That is our pattern. As the Word abides in you, you will have light to recognize temptation and strength to say no and to walk a different way. Fill your mind and heart with Scripture, turn quickly from what stirs lust, and walk in the Spirit.

You also asked forgiveness for not having time to pray for others. God is not keeping a record to condemn you for a lack of minutes. He looks at the heart that wants to pray. At the same time, prayer is not a way to get our own will done or to earn favor. It is communion with God to seek His will. Keep praying for others, not from guilt, but from love, even in short, sincere prayers through your day. He hears each one.

Be encouraged to bring everything to Him now openly. Confess the sin of lust without excuse, receive His complete forgiveness through Christ, and ask Him to restore to you the joy of His salvation and to make you hear joy and gladness again. Ask Him to cleanse your heart and to teach you to walk in purity by His Spirit and His Word.

Father, in the name of Jesus I bring this dear one before You. Thank You that when we confess, You are faithful to forgive and to cleanse from all unrighteousness. Wash away this sin and lift the burden of guilt. Let Your forgiveness be known as full and complete, white as snow. Restore joy and give a renewed heart that loves what You love. Plant Your Word deeply within and give strength to turn from lust and from all that feeds it, and to walk in purity and in fellowship with You. Teach us to pray according to Your will and to love others in prayer. Keep this life in Your grace and lead forward in newness of life. Amen.
