May Your Holy Spirit be his Counselor, leading him into all truth and shielding him from confusion or doubt. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold of him, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for divine favor to rest upon him—favor with those he encounters, favor in decisions that are made, and favor in the outcomes that align with Your perfect will. Lord, open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not of You (Revelation 3:7-8). May Your hand of protection be upon him, and may he walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with him.
