We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s divine protection over his life. The Scriptures assure us that God is a refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare His promise over your son: *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them"* (Psalm 34:7). Heavenly Father, we ask that You indeed surround him with Your heavenly host, shielding him from every scheme of the enemy—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
We rebuke every spirit of abuse, oppression, and darkness that may seek to harm him, for the Word declares, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). Lord, expose every hidden work of darkness in his life, that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your light pierce through any deception, and let justice and truth prevail.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as his parent, that you may be guided by the Holy Spirit in every decision concerning his well-being. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* May your son grow in the knowledge and fear of the Lord, rooted in faith and grounded in Your Word.
Father, we ask that You strengthen his identity in Christ, that he may know he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that no lie of the enemy can define him. Surround him with godly influences—mentors, friends, and leaders who will speak life and truth into his heart. Let him walk in the fullness of Your purpose for his life, unshaken by the trials of this world.
We stand in agreement with you, believing that God’s protection is not just a shield but a mighty fortress. We declare that no evil shall befall him, nor any plague come near his dwelling (Psalm 91:10). May he experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
