We lift up this precious son to You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of concern and faith. We join this parent in praying for Your divine protection over their child, asking that You would indeed surround him with Your hedge of safety. Lord, we know that You are a refuge and fortress, a present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against this young man shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would deliver him from every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual. You see the hidden things, the works of darkness that may seek to harm him. We pray that You would expose every evil deed and bring it into the light, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17). Let Your truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).
We also ask that You would dispatch Your holy angels to guard and keep him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11). May they encamp around him, shielding him from harm and guiding him in Your paths. Lord, we trust in Your promise that You will never leave him nor forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:6).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, or trauma that may have taken root in his life. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray for healing in every area of his life—body, soul, and spirit. Restore what has been broken, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this parent. Give them the strength and courage to stand in the gap for their child, to speak life and truth over him, and to model Your love and grace. May this family be rooted and grounded in Your Word, walking in the light as You are in the light (1 John 1:7).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that this son is covered by the blood of Jesus, protected by Your power, and destined for Your purposes. May he grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
