We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with this parent’s fervent cry for protection. Heavenly Father, we declare Your sovereignty over every aspect of this young man’s life. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* We claim this promise over him now, Lord—command Your heavenly host to encamp around him, shielding him from all harm.
We rebuke every spirit of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We break every assignment of darkness targeting this son, and we pray for the exposure of hidden wickedness. Ephesians 5:11 declares, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them."* Let truth prevail, Lord, and let justice roll like a river where injustice has taken root.
We also pray for this young man’s spiritual armor. Clothe him in the fullness of Your protection: *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil"* (Ephesians 6:11). May he walk in the confidence of Your love, knowing that nothing can separate him from You (Romans 8:38-39). Strengthen his faith, Father, and surround him with godly mentors who will speak life and wisdom into his journey.
To the parent who cries out for their child, we say: Your prayers are not in vain. The fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16). Keep standing on God’s promises, even when the wait feels long. He hears you, and He is working even now.
Lord, we ask You to heal any wounds this son may carry—seen or unseen. Pour out Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and let him experience the safety of Your presence. May he grow into a man after Your own heart, strong in faith and unwavering in his trust in You.
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Defender, we pray. Amen.
