We lift up this precious son to You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of concern and faith. We stand in agreement with this prayer, asking for Your mighty hedge of protection to surround him day and night. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would deliver him from every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—and that any hidden schemes of the enemy would be exposed and brought to light, just as it is written, "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them" (Ephesians 5:11).
Father, we ask that You dispatch Your holy angels to encamp around him, to guard and keep him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11). Let Your presence be a shield before him and a fortress behind him, so that he may walk in safety and peace. We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, or harm that may seek to touch him, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for this young man, that he would recognize the voice of the Good Shepherd and follow no other (John 10:27). May he be rooted and grounded in Your Word, finding his identity and worth in Christ alone. Strengthen him in his faith, Lord, and surround him with godly mentors and friends who will encourage him in his walk with You.
If there are areas in his life where he may be vulnerable—whether through ungodly influences, unhealthy relationships, or sinful patterns—we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. Lead him to walk in purity and holiness, for it is written, "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out" (Proverbs 10:9). Father, we pray that he would flee from temptation and resist the devil, so that the enemy may flee from him (James 4:7).
We also lift up his parents and caregivers to You, Lord. Grant them wisdom, patience, and strength as they guide and protect him. May they be examples of Your love and truth, modeling a Christ-centered home where he can grow in faith and character.
Above all, we pray that this young man would come to know You more deeply, if he does not already. For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May he surrender his life to Jesus Christ, if he has not already, and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for him.
Heavenly Father, we trust You to keep him under the shadow of Your wings. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we commit this son into Your hands, believing that You will complete the good work You have begun in him (Philippians 1:6).
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
