We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with this parent in fervent prayer. Heavenly Father, we ask You to encamp Your holy angels around this young man, shielding him from every scheme of the enemy. The Bible assures us, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone"* (Psalm 91:11-12). Lord, let this promise be a reality in his life.
We rebuke every spirit of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this son shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask You to expose every hidden work of darkness. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). Bring truth to the surface, Lord, and let justice prevail.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this parent, that they may be sensitive to Your leading in protecting and guiding their child. Strengthen their faith to trust in You, even when circumstances seem unclear. Remind them that You are a refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We stand against the lies of the enemy that would seek to harm this young man’s identity, purpose, or faith. Remind him of his worth in You—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), called by name (Isaiah 43:1), and deeply loved. Surround him with godly influences, mentors, and friends who will speak life and truth into his heart.
Lord, if there are areas where this son needs healing—whether from past wounds or current struggles—we ask for Your touch. Bind up his brokenness and restore what has been lost. Let him walk in the freedom and peace that only You can provide.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His authority that we boldly come before Your throne. Amen.
