We lift up your precious son before the throne of grace, standing in the gap with you as we intercede for his protection and well-being. Father God, we declare Your promise from Psalm 91:11-12 over him: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* We ask that You dispatch Your heavenly host to encamp around him, forming an impenetrable hedge of divine protection.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—that would seek to harm him. Your Word declares in Ephesians 5:11, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them."* We pray that any hidden schemes of the enemy would be brought into the light, that justice and truth would prevail, and that those who would seek to harm him would be thwarted by Your mighty hand. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also ask that You would strengthen his spirit with Your peace and truth. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let him walk in the confidence of Your love and protection. Surround him with godly mentors, friends, and influences who will speak life and encouragement into him. May he grow in wisdom and discernment, recognizing the voice of the Good Shepherd (John 10:27) and fleeing from anything that would lead him astray.
We pray for healing from any past wounds or trauma he may have endured, whether known or unknown. Pour out Your comfort and restoration, Lord, and let him experience the fullness of Your love. May he find refuge in You, his ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Finally, we declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), created for a purpose that only You can fulfill. Shield him from the lies of the enemy that would seek to diminish his worth or identity in You. Let him walk in the confidence of who he is as Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus.
We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, believing that no evil can prevail against Your purposes for his life. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to watch over him. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in him (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
