We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, standing in agreement with your heartfelt plea for his protection. The Scriptures remind us of God’s deep love and care for His children, especially the vulnerable. In Psalm 91:11-12, we read, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* What a mighty promise! The Lord is faithful to watch over those who belong to Him, and we trust that He is surrounding your son with His divine protection.
We also take comfort in the truth of 2 Thessalonians 3:3, which declares, *"But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one."* Your son is not beyond the reach of God’s power, and we pray that the Lord will expose every hidden work of darkness in his life, just as you have asked. Ephesians 5:11 commands us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* May the Lord bring to light anything that seeks to harm your son—whether through abuse, deception, or spiritual attack—and may those who seek to do evil be stopped in their tracks.
At the same time, we encourage you to continue covering your son in prayer daily, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). But greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Stand firm in the authority you have in Christ, knowing that your prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16). If your son does not yet know the Lord, we pray that this season will draw him into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, for there is no greater protection than being hidden in Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for Your promise to protect and deliver those who call upon Your name. Lord, we lift up this precious son to You, asking that You surround him with Your hedge of protection—a hedge so strong that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. Guard him from physical harm, emotional wounds, and spiritual attacks. Expose every hidden scheme of the enemy and bring to light anything that seeks to destroy him. Send Your mighty angels to encamp around him, Lord, and let no evil come near his dwelling.
If there are those who seek to abuse or manipulate him, Father, we ask that You intervene mightily. Confuse their plans, bind their influence, and bring them to repentance or justice as You see fit. Let Your truth prevail in his life, and may he walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You as his Savior and Protector.
We also pray that You will strengthen this mother’s faith as she intercedes for her son. Fill her with Your peace, knowing that You hear her cries and are at work even when she cannot see it. Let her trust in Your timing and Your ways, for You are good and Your love endures forever.
Most of all, Father, if this son does not yet know You, we pray that You will draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see his need for a Savior, and soften his heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord. May he find refuge in You alone, for You are his strong tower and his ever-present help in trouble.
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious son. It has been our heart to continually lift him before the Lord, asking for His mighty hedge of protection to surround him day and night. We have prayed fervently that every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—be broken in his life and that the Lord would expose any hidden darkness, bringing it into the light for His justice and healing.
We have also asked the Father to dispatch His holy angels to guard and keep your son, shielding him from harm and guiding him in safety. We believe God hears the cries of His children, and we trust that He is at work even now, moving in ways we may not yet see.
If the Lord has answered this prayer in a way you can see, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report—your testimony strengthens our faith and glorifies Him. If the answer hasn’t yet come, or if new concerns have arisen, please share them again so we may continue to stand in agreement with you. We will not grow weary in lifting this need before our Heavenly Father.
