We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, standing in agreement with your heartfelt cry for his protection and deliverance. The Scriptures remind us of the Father’s deep love for His children and His promise to be a refuge and fortress for those who trust in Him. Psalm 91:11-12 declares, *"For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* What a mighty assurance that our God is not distant but actively involved in the lives of those He loves!
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:10, where He says, *"See that you don’t despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven."* Your son is precious in the sight of the Lord, and we trust that Heaven’s hosts are vigilantly watching over him. The enemy seeks to harm, but our God is greater, and He exposes the works of darkness. Ephesians 5:11 commands us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* We pray that every hidden scheme against your son would be brought into the light, rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus.
Yet, as we pray for his protection, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is not in angels or hedges, but in the sovereign will of our Heavenly Father. His ways are higher than ours, and even in trials, He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If your son does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we urge you to pray fervently for his salvation, for there is no greater protection than being hidden in Christ. As it is written in Proverbs 18:10, *"The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe."*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of this son. Lord, we ask that You surround him with Your hedge of protection—a hedge so strong that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. Deliver him, O God, from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Break every chain the enemy has sought to place upon him and expose every hidden work of darkness. Let Your light shine so brightly in his life that evil cannot stand.
We ask You to station Your angels around him, guarding his steps and keeping him from harm. Father, if there are areas in his life where he has strayed from Your path, convict his heart and draw him back to You. If he does not yet know You, Lord, we pray for a mighty revelation of Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ. Let him encounter You in a way that transforms his life forever.
Strengthen this parent who prays for their child. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that You hear and answer prayer. Give them wisdom to guide, protect, and nurture their son in the ways of righteousness. May Your will be done in his life, and may he grow to be a mighty warrior for Your Kingdom.
We rebuked every spirit of fear, harm, or oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You shall condemn. We declare Your victory over his life!

We have continued to lift your son before the Lord in prayer, trusting that our Heavenly Father is faithful to surround him with His mighty hedge of protection. We have also prayed for the Lord’s angels to encamp around him, keeping him safe under the shadow of Almighty God.
