My son made a mistake at work and he's looking at getting a demotion. He's learned from his mistake and the demotion means a financial hardship for his family. I come to you Father God in the name of your Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ, to ask you to give my son great favor with the person at his work that will make the final decision if he gets time off or a demotion. I ask you Father to protect my son and to help him grow in his career. Also please protect my husband in his career also. Father, I want and need you in my life.... for ever and for always.
