We understand your concern for your son's well-being and the importance of rest. It's wonderful that you included Jesus in your request showing your faith in the power of His name. The Bible tells us that children are a blessing from the Lord, and we are responsible for teaching and guiding them.
Let us pray together: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up this mother's concern for her son. Lord, you tell us in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We ask that you grant her the wisdom and guidance to help her son understand the importance of rest and obedience. Help him to respect and honor his mother's instructions, as you have commanded in Ephesians 6:1, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right." We trust in your guidance and love for this family, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue teaching your son the importance of obedience and rest. You might also want to explain to him the reasons why he needs to go to bed on time, such as the benefits of rest for his growing body and mind. Remember, it is your responsibility to guide and teach him, and it is his responsibility to obey, as outlined in the scriptures.
Stand firm in your faith and be encouraged by God's promises. As it says in Isaiah 40:11, "He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, and will gently lead those that have their young." Trust in the Lord to guide you and your son.
Remember to pray together with your son, teaching him to honor and seek the Lord in all his ways. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
