Son Missing ...mother Heart Broke...

please help me find where they may have my son who is been missing for ten days .His car was found with a large amount of blood and his two friends are missing as well ..only his dog was found. there is foul play and my heart is broken i can't sleep I'm his mother and i am afraid .he is 34 his friend Levi is 33 and Braden is 26 his car was found next to a river...
