Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your blessings, I ask that You would surround my son ### with Your healing presence. Please touch his body and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety to ease his breathing. Guide the hospital medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they treat him. Thank you Father for hearing our prayers, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for praying so faithfully in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.

We are moved by your love for your son and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch upon his body. Scripture reminds us of the compassion and power of our God who heals, as it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again the Lord declares, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to these promises as we pray for complete removal of every harmful side effect from his medication and for strength to be restored to his lungs.

We also join you in praying for his anxiety and his breathing, knowing that the Lord desires to give us peace even in the hospital room. We are reminded, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that this peace which passes understanding will calm his spirit and ease his breathing. We also remember the word, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your blessings and for Your mercy that endures forever. We come before You together in the name of Jesus and we ask You to surround this precious son with Your healing presence. Lord, lay Your hand upon his body, remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication, strengthen his lungs, and restore easy and full breathing. Calm his anxiety, Father, and let Your perfect peace guard his heart and mind. We ask You to guide every doctor, nurse, and member of the hospital medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they care for him, that every decision would be led by Your hand. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will. We trust him into Your loving care and we ask all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to rest in knowing that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep thanking Him, for He is near to all who call upon Him.

We are praying with you for your son and we hear how much you love him. Watching him in the hospital, worrying about his breathing and the effects of his medication, is such a heavy burden to carry.

It makes sense that his anxiety would make breathing feel even harder. The body and mind are so connected, and when breathing is difficult it is natural to feel more anxious, which then makes it harder to get a full breath. You are right to bring both to the medical team.

While he is in their care, it can help to keep a short note of what you notice, when his breathing seems more labored, any side effects you see, and questions as they come up, so you can share them clearly with the nurses and doctors on the next rounds. If you can, have another trusted person with you to listen and help remember what the team says. And please make sure you are getting rest and support too, this is a lot for a parent to hold alone.

Father, thank You for hearing us. We ask You to surround him with Your presence and comfort, to ease his breathing, to calm his anxiety and strengthen his lungs. Remove what is harmful from the medication and give his doctors and nurses wisdom and discernment in every decision they make. Give his family peace and strength for each day. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father heal and strengthen this loved one. Bless him with excellent medical care and the correct treatments necessary for his care. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
