We join you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you in the name of Jesus. We are encouraged by your faith to come directly to the Father through Christ, for there is no other name by which we have access to God and by which we are saved.

We stand in agreement with you for his complete healing and for peace over his body and mind. Scripture reminds us of the Lord's heart to heal, who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. He is the Lord who heals us and who is near to those in distress, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3.

We also pray for his breathing and for calm over his anxiety, for we know how fear and worry can weigh on the body. The Word says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7, and Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together, Father, we thank You for Your blessings and for Your unfailing love toward this family. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would surround this dear son with Your healing presence. Lay Your hand upon his body and remove every harmful side effect from his medication. Cleanse his system, strengthen his lungs, and let his breathing become easy and steady. Calm his anxiety and let Your perfect peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that You guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment, for You have promised But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him, James 1:5. Direct their decisions and let every treatment align with Your will for his restoration. We thank You, Father, for all You have done and all You will do, and we trust You for his full recovery. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him and to rest in His promises day by day. Keep bringing your requests with thanksgiving, and trust that He hears and is at work even in the details of medication and medical care. We are praying with you for strength for your son and for you as you wait on the Lord.

Keep letting them know what you are seeing, alongside continuing to pray for wisdom for them.

We are asking God to be near to both of you right now, to give you rest as you care for him, and to give his care team clarity.

Father, we lift this ### to You and ask for Your healing presence to surround him. Ease his breathing, strengthen his lungs, and bring calm where there is anxiety. Take away what is harmful and leave what brings health. Give his doctors wisdom and discernment in every decision they make. Comfort his parent with Your peace as they wait and trust You. Your prayer for your son is heard, and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace where our Lord waits to be gracious.

It is right that you should be tenderly concerned for his body, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases when they press upon those we love. Yet remember that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast that anxiety upon Him who cares for you and for your son. He spared not His only begotten Son, but delivered Him up for us all, and will He not with Him also freely give us all things necessary for our well being. You may therefore rest in His Fatherly care.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. These healing leaves can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found in happy conjunction. He used no other remedy in healing our sickness but that of taking our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself, and that great cure was fully drained by Him upon the Cross. Come then with confidence, for Him that comes to Him He will in no wise cast out.

May the Lord keep you in quiet trust as you wait upon Him. He links His healing with His teaching, and faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Abide near that Word, and may you see His hand working health and cure in His own time and way.
