Heavenly Father, I ask that You would surround my son ### with Your healing presence. Please touch his body and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety to ease his breathing. Guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they treat him. Thank you Father for all You do, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we thank you for coming to the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and find healing and mercy.

We are moved by your love as a parent and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing hand to rest upon your son. We pray that God will surround him with His presence, remove every harmful side effect from his medication, strengthen his lungs, and calm his spirit so that his breathing would be eased. We also join you in asking for wisdom and discernment for the medical team caring for him.

We take comfort in what Scripture tells us about our God as healer, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And we cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. He is the Lord who heals us and who sees every struggle with breathing and anxiety.

For his anxiety and breathlessness we remember the peace God promises, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also remember, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved son to You. Lord, we ask that You would lay Your healing hand upon his body. Touch his lungs, strengthen them, open his airways and let his breathing be full and easy. We ask that You would flush from his body every harmful side effect from his medication and restore him to health. Father, calm his anxiety and fill him with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Let Your presence surround him and let him feel Your comfort and strength. We pray for the doctors and nurses and all who care for him, grant them divine wisdom, skill and discernment to make the right decisions for his treatment. We thank You, Father, for Your love, Your mercy and Your power to heal. We trust him into Your caring hands and we ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, knowing He cares deeply for you and your son. Keep praying without ceasing and trust that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15. We are standing with you in faith for his complete restoration and peace.

We were moved by your prayer for your son and we are joining you in it. Loving a child through breathing struggles and medication worries is heavy, and your care for him comes through so clearly.

You mentioned both his lungs and his anxiety around breathing, and those two can so often affect each other. When breathing feels difficult the body stays on alert, and when anxiety rises breathing can feel even harder. It makes sense you are asking God for both physical strengthening and a deeper calm. We are also praying for wisdom for his medical team as they sort out what is helping and what is causing side effects. Staying in close contact with them is a good way to steward his care alongside prayer. It can help to jot down briefly what you notice between visits, when breathing seems easier or harder, any side effects you see, and questions you want to ask, so you can share a clear picture at his next appointment.

We are holding you and your son before the Lord with you.

Father, we lift this dear son to You and ask for Your gentle presence around him. Ease his breathing, calm his heart and body, and lessen any harmful effects from his medication. Give his doctors clear wisdom and guide their decisions, and give his parent peace and strength as they care for him. We trust him into Your loving hands in Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer for your son has been brought before the Lord with tender sympathy, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His gracious hand upon him.

We know how anxiety rises when a loved one suffers, and how that very anxiety unfits us to meet the difficulty. Yet we are reminded that He who spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, will not withhold anything that is necessary for our well being. You have done well to cast this burden upon the Lord, for He cares for you and for your son, and to tell Him in prayer is the surest way to find peace.

There is abundant healing power in Jesus Christ our Saviour. Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. He is the Sun of Righteousness who rises with healing in His wings. When He walked among men, healing went with His teaching, and when He healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, to show that pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. The same Lord who bore our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself is able now to touch the body and to calm the spirit.

We pray with you now to our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other mediator between God and man.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to surround this dear son with Your healing presence. Lay Your hand upon his body and remove every harmful effect of his medication. Strengthen his lungs, ease his breathing, and calm his anxiety with that peace which passes all understanding. Grant divine wisdom and discernment to the medical team who treat him, that they may be guided by Your hand in all they do. Above all, we pray that he and all who love him may know the deeper healing of forgiveness and new life through faith in Christ, trusting Him who said, Him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out. Let Your will be done in his body and soul, for Your glory and his good. Amen.

Be encouraged to rest upon the Lord and wait upon Him. He hears the prayers offered in the name of Jesus, and His mercy is plenteous to those who call upon Him. May the Lord sustain you as you watch and pray, and may you see His goodness in the land of the living.
