We join you in lifting your son before the throne of grace, where our Great Physician hears the cries of His children. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved and through which every healing flows. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that Your healing power is not diminished.
Lord, we ask that You lay Your healing hands upon this precious young man. We pray that You would soothe the inflammation in his esophagus, knit together the eroded tissues, and restore the lining to full health. Bring balance to his stomach, Father, regulating the acid so that it no longer causes harm but serves its intended purpose. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and disease in Jesus' name, for it is written in 1 Peter 2:24, "who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed."
We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals caring for him. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them insight into the best treatments and care. May they be instruments of Your healing as well. Father, we ask that You would draw this young man closer to You through this trial. May he come to know You more intimately, trusting in Your love and sovereignty over his life.
We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of You, Lord (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and wholeness over his body, mind, and spirit.
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and that Your healing power is at work even now. Strengthen this family’s faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory manifested in this situation. May they give You all the praise, honor, and glory, for You alone are worthy. Amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
