We lift your precious son before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We stand on this promise, believing that God sees your son’s pain and is already at work to bring restoration.
Father, we ask You to lay Your healing hands upon his esophagus, soothing the inflammation and repairing the damaged lining. We pray against the root causes of this erosion, asking that You regulate the acid in his stomach and bring balance to his body. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this healing in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that by His stripes, your son is already made whole (Isaiah 53:5).
We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom from medical professionals, trusting that God can work through them as instruments of His healing. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Continue to bring your son before the Lord in prayer, and trust that He hears your cries.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep into this situation. We declare that your son is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen his faith and yours as you wait on the Lord, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun (Philippians 1:6).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will.
