We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, trusting in God's mercy and power to heal and restore. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
In times of struggle and distress, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth be moved, and though the mountains be toppled into the heart of the seas (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB). We claim this promise for your son, trusting that God is with him, even in the midst of his trials.
We pray that God will grant your son clarity of mind and relief from the auditory hallucinations and delusional beliefs that have been plaguing him. May the Lord bring peace and comfort to his troubled spirit. In the words of the Apostle Paul, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
We ask God to guide your son to the right treatment and to the healthcare professionals who can best assist him. May God grant them wisdom and discernment as they care for your son, that they may treat not just his body, but also his mind and spirit. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of confusion or deceit that may be at work in your son's life, and we ask God to help him discern His voice above all others. May your son's heart be open to the truth of the gospel, and may he find hope and healing in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me (John 14:6 WEB).
We join you in giving thanks to God for all that He has done and will continue to do in your son's life. We stand in faith, believing that God will bring healing, restoration, and breakthrough in every area of his life. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Together, we lift up your son in prayer, trusting in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. May he be healed, restored, and filled with the knowledge of God's love for him.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
