Son Eddie

My prayers go out to my son Eddie who has decided to go to Afghanistan as a contractor doing the job of a mechanic. My son is a former Marine who served 2 terms in the corp. and did 2 overseas tours. I support my sons decision's and always will. I am very proud of my children (all 4 of them) With my love and support we all are praying for you.

Jehovah Shammah, I touch and agree with Stacey's prayer for Eddie. Lord, your hand is upon him. I pray a hedge of protection as he leaves to go to Afghanistan soon. Lord, send your angels to watch over him and keep him safe. Let no weapons formed against him prosper. Let him do his job with excellence, serve his county as an ambassador and find peace doing what he feels called to do. Be with his family, his parents and his siblings. Give him wisdom and discernment to watch out for himself. Let no harm come to him. I stand with Stacey as she supports his decision. Now, we look to you for your hand upon him while he is away. Father God, thank You for Eddie's heart. It would be so easy to say "I've done my part" and move on with a "safe" life, but he has a compassion and a willingness to serve. Thank You for his past roles as a Marine. Please bless him in this new journey as a mechanic. Grant him Your protection and safety as he supports our troops in this capacity. Please grant Stacey Your deep peace and tranquility. Let her feel Your presence in the depths of her soul. I praise You for her love and support of Eddie's choice. Be his light and his guide in all he does. In Jesus' name, I give You thanks and praise for Your blessings upon Eddie and this family. Amen.
