Son Dealing With Oppression For Six Months

Please pray for my 33 year old son. He has been divorced for two years because his wife was unfaithful. He has tried moving on with his life and has met a wonderful Christian girl. They both love each other and they love the Lord. They are both the kind of people who never want to miss Gods call, or disappoint God. Suddendly since he started seeing this other girl, he has been oppressed. He does not want to be with his ex-wife but everything he reads or hears makes him wonder if God is trying to tell him to go back and restore his marriage. AGAIN! This is not what he wants and neither does his ex. She is still living like she always has. My son is a Christain, is envolved in music ministry in our church and teaches small group classes. These thoughts and fears that are attacking him are interfering with his ministry and his life. He has talked to our pastor and sought counseling. We pray together as a family and still the oppression continues. I am really afraid for him because I went through a similar thing about 26 years ago and I know how horrible it can be. The fear, thoughts, anxiety, and depression are debilitating. I don't know what else to do and he is being so tormented. Please pray and if you can offer any suggestions please let me know.

I understand the confusion he is going through. 22 years ago i married a person for the wrong reasons. I was so confused if I was to marry this person and for the wrong reasons--I married this person. Have been in misery since. So I pray the Lord will give your son WISDOM and listen to HIM because HE does know the future. HE knows what is BEST long-term. TRUST JESUS. HE IS THE ANSWER---No more confusion in JESUS's NAME!!!!!!
