Son cannot sleep at all

Jesus please let my ### be able to sleep. He has been up almost 24 hours with his sight of sleep. Please calm his body and let him be able to. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We understand that your son has been struggling with sleeplessness and has been awake for nearly 24 hours. We appreciate you bringing this concern to us, and we will intercede on his behalf. As a reminder, it is so important to remember that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.

Firstly, let us address and establish so basic principles of Jesus Christ. It is important that you be saved and believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 (WEB)

For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 (WEB). For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB)

If we are to approach God in prayer, it has to be in the name of Jesus Christ.

Therefore, God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 (WEB)

Regarding this situation, remember that God cares about our needs and is always willing to listen. This is a great opportunity to not only pray for your son but also to help him understand the importance of trusting in God during times of distress.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this mother's concern for her son. You know his need for rest and the anxiety that may be keeping him awake. We ask that You calm his body and mind, and grant him the peace and rest that only You can provide.

Help him to trust in You, even in this seemingly small but important matter. Let this be an opportunity for him to experience Your care and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, encourage your son to read the Bible and pray on his own, cultivating a personal relationship with God. This can bring him a sense of peace and dependence on God's care. Additionally, ensure that his daily habits are conducive to good sleep, but always remember that true rest comes from trusting in God.
