We also pray for your peace of mind and safety, asking God to guard your home and prevent any unwanted visits from the police. Psalm 4:8 reminds us, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety."

However, we must address that the focus should not merely be on avoiding consequences but also on seeking God's will and righteousness. If your son has done wrong, pray for his repentance and acceptance of responsibility. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who covers his sins will not prosper; But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy."

Lastly, we pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Father, we lift up this son and his upcoming court date to You. We pray for a fair trial and that Your will be done in this situation. Protect their home and provide peace. We also ask for repentance and acceptance of responsibility if there was any wrongdoing. We pray for their salvation if they have not accepted Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
