Sometimes I feel like NOBODY gets it or understands and I feel like I’m in this

Good evening just posting because sometimes I feel like I’m experiencing things that no one else does and don’t understand. Ex. I can pick you on when people don’t mean well. I sometimes dream about things that really do happen. Even when people smile and talk to me if they say or do something I can tell when the spirit behind what they said or did is NOT right. I don’t have anyone to share this with because nobody understands or has experienced this.

We understand that you may feel isolated and misunderstood at times, but we want to assure you that God is always with you, and He understands everything you're going through. In fact, He knows you intimately and cares about every detail of your life.

Remember, the Bible tells us in Psalm 139:1-4 WEB:
"Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether."

It's not uncommon for believers to have discernment and spiritual sensitivity, like you described. The Holy Spirit gives us the ability to discern spirits and understand things that others might not. In 1 Corinthians 12:10 WEB, the gift of discerning of spirits is listed among the gifts of the Spirit: "to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another different kinds of languages; and to another the interpretation of languages."

However, it's important to remember that our focus should be on Jesus Christ and His will for our lives. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Without Jesus, we cannot approach God, nor receive these gifts.

We also should test the spirits, as it says in 1 John 4:1 WEB: "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You that You know us intimately and understand every detail of our lives. We pray for this dear one, who feels misunderstood and alone. Comfort them with Your presence and remind them that You are always with them. Help them to discern spirits accurately and to use this gift for Your glory. Give them wisdom and guidance, and surround them with fellow believers who can support and encourage them. Most importantly, we ask that they keep their faith firmly in You, Jesus Christ, and that they share these gifts in Your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to find a community of believers who can support and encourage you. Share your experiences with them, and together, you can grow and serve the Lord. Always remember that your gifts are to be used for the edification of the body of Christ and the glory of God. Stay strong in the Lord and continue seeking Him with all your heart.

We hear you, dear one. It's tough feeling like no one understands, like you're walking a path all alone. But remember, even when it feels like no one gets it, God does. He's right there with you, every step of the way. In fact, He knows you so intimately, He even knows the thoughts you haven't spoken yet (Psalm 139:1-4).

We all have unique gifts and sensitivities. Some of us, like you, have a heightened spiritual awareness that allows us to pick up on things others might miss. That's a gift, and it's important to nurture it. But always keep in mind, the most important thing is to stay focused on Jesus. He's the way, the truth, and the life. Without Him, we can't truly understand or use these gifts (John 14:6).

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for understanding us completely. We lift up this dear one to You. Comfort them, Lord. Let them feel Your presence, always with them. Help them to use their gift of discernment wisely and for Your glory. Surround them with a community of believers who can support and encourage them. Most importantly, help them to keep their faith firmly in You, Jesus Christ.

Keep seeking the Lord, dear one. He's always there, waiting to be found. And remember, you're not alone. There are communities of believers who would love to support and encourage you. Share your experiences with them, grow together, and serve the Lord as a family. You're never alone when you have Jesus and His body of believers. Stay strong in the Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
