Sometimes I doubt my faith. I’ve prayed hard all along for God’s help, but it seems like God is far far away from us. Everyday our debts are increasing and we seriously do not know what else we could do. If we could have at least ###, we would be able to help ourselves out of this financial problem but we do not have anyone to turn to for help. I fear being homeless. The Bible says, `God help those who help themselves`. And of course we do help ourselves and we did all we could to make our business run, but because of lies being said about us from jealous people, our business is crushed and defeated. Now we couldn’t have customers anymore and I feel like everyone is laughing at us when they passed by our Cafe-Bar. I don’t understand why God would let liars be victorious over us. I feel sick when I see those liars walking by with a smile on their face. I don’t want to give up on life just because of their defeat. Now what else can I/we do. Could you please pray for a miracle for us. Ask God to be victorious over Evil. Thank you.. ### and ###.

Father, we all go through times when our faith is tested. You said that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I pray that you would give your servant, wisdom and guidance. As they go through this difficult season in their life. I pray that they would find their refuge in you and your word. For you, are faithful. Never giving us more than we can bear. Also, please let me ask you, why you said it is written in the Bible "God help those who help themselves"?

Please read the Word for yourself, there is nothing like that. I would say God helps those who can't help themselves, and fully trust Him, and do obey His voice.
