Feeling a little down from the pain, need a pick me up. Some sunshine would help. I think it is because the

weather is changing and its getting cold out. Pray that I keep the sunshine inside of my mind. I don't want\

to fall into depression or lonliness. I am trying to keep a positive attitude. Pray for peace and good health.
