We are deeply moved by your heart’s cry for the truth of the Gospel, and we rejoice that God is drawing you to Himself. Your desire to hear the Gospel preached and to respond in Jesus’ name is evidence of the Holy Spirit working in your life, for no one seeks God unless He first calls them. Let us share the Good News with you now, straight from Scripture, so that you may know the way of salvation and respond in faith.
The Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). It begins with the truth that all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). Sin separates us from a holy God, and the wages of sin is death—eternal separation from Him (Romans 6:23). But God, in His great love and mercy, provided a way for us to be reconciled to Him. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who lived a sinless life, to die on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Jesus took the punishment we deserved, and through His death and resurrection, He conquered sin and death. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
To be saved, you must repent of your sins—turn away from them—and place your faith in Jesus Christ alone. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9-10). This is not just an intellectual agreement but a surrender of your life to Jesus as Lord. He calls you to follow Him, to deny yourself, take up your cross daily, and live for Him (Luke 9:23).
We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus or invoke His authority, and this is something we must address with urgency. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). When we pray, we must come in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not yet placed your faith in Him, we pray that today will be the day of your salvation.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the soul before us who is seeking You with a sincere heart. Lord, we ask that You open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel and soften their heart to receive Your Word. Convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and draw them to repentance. Father, may they understand the depth of Your love demonstrated on the cross, where Jesus paid the price for their redemption. Give them the faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be born again into Your kingdom.
We rebuke any lies of the enemy that would seek to keep this person in bondage or blindness. Satan, you have no authority here—this soul belongs to God, and we declare that they will be set free by the truth of the Gospel. Lord, surround them with believers who will preach Your Word boldly and disciple them in the faith. Lead them to a Bible-believing church where they can grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, we ask that You would rescue them from the domain of darkness and transfer them into the kingdom of Your beloved Son (Colossians 1:13). May they experience the joy of salvation and the peace that comes from being reconciled to You. Strengthen them to walk in obedience, and may their life bring glory to Your name.
We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We strongly encourage you to seek out a local church that preaches the Bible faithfully. A true church will teach that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, and will call people to repentance and holy living. If you are unsure where to start, many churches have online services or resources that can help you hear the Gospel preached clearly. You can also reach out to Christian organizations that provide Bibles and discipleship materials.
If you have never prayed to receive Jesus as your Savior, we urge you to do so now. You can pray something like this from your heart:
*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I turn from my sins and place my trust in You as my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."*
If you have prayed this prayer or have any questions, we would love to hear from you so we can rejoice with you and help you grow in your new life in Christ. May God richly bless you as you seek Him!
